For Isaac Solmin Kim. Compiled 2026-09-08 from nine research reports (C1βC4 corpus audits, W1βW5 external research) against the spine in sources/gaps/FRAMEWORK.md.
How to read the citations. Apple Notes appear as “Note Title” (created date). Recordings appear as file or report ID + m:ss. External sources carry URLs. Where W3 marked a quotation [paraphrase], that flag is preserved and the line is never presented as an exact quote. Claims about you trace to a report; frameworks carry a one-line reason they fit you. Where a report graded evidence, the grade is carried through.
What this document is not. It is not a third dossier. It contains almost no new interpretation of you. It is the list of what the first two dossiers do not contain, what evidence would close each gap, and the questions that have to be answered β 131 live ones in Β§8, after the 2026-09-09 curation cut the register from 363 to what only you can answer β before anyone writes another word about you.
0. VERDICT β why the two dossiers are not enough
The evidence base is a fraction of the archive. 841 recordings and ~75 hours have never been read, and none has even had its embedded Apple transcript extracted; the tooling exists and was never pointed at them (C4 Β§5.2). The two dossiers cover 228 recordings of 1,069.
The single most consequential act of your adult life is on tape, unheard. Five equity recordings totalling 5.9 hours, plus the 103.6-minute Jane call, plus the 30-recording “jahn and group” folder (19.8 h), plus 42 unfiled recordings from JulβSep 2026 (C4 Β§5.2, C3 Β§5).
Three locked journals sit in the eleven days around the equity decision β 2026-05-03, 05-05, 05-06 β and both dossiers file them as unresolvable. They are not. You have the password (C4 Β§4b).
No other person has ever been asked anything. 438k words you wrote and 102 hours you recorded; the only outside voices in either dossier are Aaron’s and Jane’s, both captured mid-conflict and presented as convergent independent evidence, which they are not (C4 Β§4d, Β§6.15).
No instrument, no objective record. Nothing measured, nothing filed. Since the 2026-09-09 curation this is deliberately small: the 60-day daily log, the operating agreement, and four money numbers. Everything else in that category was cold, medical, or a chore, and was retired (Β§8, retired list); no testing is recommended.
The AI echo is not quarantined. There are four AI self-analyses, not two, and the February 2026 prompt already contains “cup with no bottom,” “systems as escape hatches,” “self-worth fused with creative output,” and “trying to cry but it fizzles out” β you supplied the conclusions and rated the output “spot on, absolutely spot on” (C4 Β§3.1β3.2). Both dossiers reproduce that phrasing as independent findings.
Whole domains have no section at all: children (not one sentence anywhere about wanting them β C2 Β§2), death and legacy (four incidental hits β C2 Β§4), marriage, sexuality (C2 Β§1), politics and ethics (C2 Β§3), theology by era (C3 Β§1), humour (C2 Β§5), and the plain facts of the life (C1).
Whole structures have no existence at all: operating manual, state-gated decision rules, early-warning thresholds, a safety plan for nine dated suicidality events, a ranked values hierarchy, a typology with falsifying tests, comparable lives, situational playbooks, an experiments register, a questions register, an update protocol (C4 Β§6.1β6.15).
The corrections the record forces, and neither document made (the podcast dossier’s own correction table, Β§1 there, adds nineteen more):
12β13 years; on tape he says “12 years”; airport ~2011β12, reunion Sept 2024
C4 Β§4b
4
“$30k given away on Apr 26”
$18,000 still in the bank on 2026-04-29; the giving was staged over ~4 weeks
C4 Β§4b
5
“0% equity”
Return to Eden LLC is a two-member default partnership; the operating agreement’s ownership %, capital contributions and signatures are all blank β the 0% has no legal existence
Grandmother hospitalised Dec 2 β deceased Jan 12
A lie scripted 2025-12-02 to exit VineView
C4 Β§4e; C1
7
Jahn imposed the 0%
Jahn offered 50/50 twice; the 0% was your own insistence
C3 Β§5; B-selfmemos-04 (2026-05-20)
8
“Father appears in 0 of 45 dreams”
True of the recordings, false of the corpus: he appears in at least 2 of 79 dream-titled notes
C4 Β§4b
9
“Eleven locked notes, three are May-2026 journals, likely important”
Eight are credential files; exactly three are journals β a smaller, sharper, and actionable gap
C4 Β§4b

D1 One-page operating manual
Absent β Β§0 of the notes dossier is a one-page diagnosis, not a manual, and 22,000 words is the wrong physical object for a man whose stated failure mode is that he will not re-read
C4 Β§6.1; W1 Β§4.8
D2 State model + decision rules

Named, by title alone, and unheard (C4 Β§5.2):
“Call with Jane, first time talk since the spirit attack before flight” (2024-12-06, 103.6 min) β the largest missing document on the relationship both dossiers call a hinge.
The equity five, 5.9 hours: “Telling Jahn about unforgivenessβ¦ 0 percent equity” (2026-04-30, 52.5 min); “Jahn convo Ann’s spring about 5050, next steps” (2026-05-04, 86.2 min); “talking to jahn about his mom” (2026-05-07, 91.6 min); “β¦and the equity stuff” pt 1 + pt 2 (2026-05-27, 43.5 + 80.9 min).
Deliverance and prophecy: “Louis prays and takes us to courthouse” (2026-04-06, 90.3 min); “Group praying for me during camping” (2026-06-13, 70 min); “Sophia vision after deliverance” (2026-06-27, 68.6 min); “cool worship, after maleeka said we need to war in the spirit” (2026-06-20, 59.8 min).
The conversion month’s two longest: “I-85 N” (2026-03-31, 132.7 min) and “Fenn Way 6” (2026-04-06, 102.7 min) β the period the notes call “a hole.”
The Unfiled 42 (7.7 h) is the most recent material in the archive and 100% unread β including seven recordings on 2026-08-24, two days after the mother-on-the-cliff dream.
Ideas N Sketches begins 2019-07-07, three years before the earliest note: the only surviving primary record of the UCLA-aftermath and early-Korea years both dossiers reconstruct from memory, with monologue-length items (“Kendall Green Rd 41,” 35 min).
Other holds “Drunk Judah bday with ben” (2023-02-19, 94 min), “Principal course 1st” (Oct 2023 β the GIA era), five “Red truck” recordings on 2024-11-26, and “Prophetic word mstar” (2025-02-09).
The rule C3 states plainly: transcribe “jahn and group” and the unfiled JulβSep set before concluding anything about Return to Eden. The notes are your account of the movement; those recordings are the movement.

2.4 People never asked β and the one question each
Nobody has ever been asked anything (C4 Β§6.15). Cut on 2026-09-09 to the three people you actually have β Mom, Rebecca, Ilya β with one simple question each; the rest of the list (father, Aaron, Isaac Oliver, Abdul, Kelsey, Conner, Jane, Jahn, the three who left) was removed. Self-report is not the person; one page from someone who knew you before 18 is worth more than another thousand of your own.
Person
The one question
Mom
“What was I like as a little kid, before India? Describe an ordinary day.” Β· “What is your own faith actually like?” Β· “What do you remember of the airport?” Β· “What did you see in the equity decision that I didn’t?”
Rebecca
“Where does your memory of our childhood differ from mine? What did you see during my Korea years? Which feeling is not allowed in our family?”
Ilya
“What happened after February 2026, from your side?” β sent as one message this week
The workbook’s prediction test (Movement V) is the one exercise here that measures you rather than asks you: five predictions about your own behaviour with odds, scored in 90 days.
2.5 Records to obtain
Retired 2026-09-09 as chores rather than questions about you (the full list β birth certificate, CIT 0001, the three Korean citizenship facts, USCIS A-file, HIPAA requests, MRI DICOMs, psychiatric notes, UCLA transcript, tax filings β is parked in docs/STATE.md). Two records still matter, because they decide things:
Record
Why
Return to Eden LLC operating agreement
SC Filing 260427-1427171, EIN 42-2209987, members Isaac Kim and Jahn Lemieux, default partnership: ownership %, capital contributions and signatures all blank. The “0% equity” has no legal existence; under SC default rules a two-member partnership is not 0/100 (C1). Q18
Your four money numbers
What you earn, spend, owe and own this month, on one dated line. Nothing in the record gives them. Q364
2.6 Measurements never taken
Three remain after the curation; the labs, sleep-apnea screen, flare log and pain protocol were retired as medical and cold.
A 60-day daily log: hours slept, sleep need, mood 0β10, caffeine, hours with another person, skin, back, deep-work hours, whether you finished anything. Prospective beats retrospective (W1, rule 3). Q360.
3. WHAT YOUR OWN RECORD SAYS THAT THE DOSSIERS LEFT OUT
Every item below is already in the corpus. None required research. All of it is missing from both documents.
3.1 Facts of the life (C1). Legal name appears once. A date-of-birth conflict β 1998 vs 1999 β unresolved in your own files. Georgian taxpayer code 105830361; EIN 93-2981821 at 4711 Lee St, Torrance CA. UCLA 2017β2019 and a false Upwork profile. Upwork: 345 hours, 5 jobs, ~$30k lifetime, ~$24k in the last 12 months, $65/hr, 100% JSS. The agency arrangement: account handover, static VPN, 70:30; the suspension included a ~1-hour video verification of your Chrome profiles. Zero music releases. A published game whose name you never state (“Meeting dad pt2”, 22:34). “Tax notes.” β Tor, PayPal, offshore, Texas domicile β and no filed return. Return to Eden LLC formed 2026-04-27. A GoFundMe, “365 Days of Revival,” rent $4,900/month, your testimony as the donation driver. A partner deck, 2026-08-27: “Founding 33 Γ $25,000.” Unexamined: which DOB is correct; whether the agency arrangement and the tax plan are legal; what “Founding 33” commits a man with 0% to. And the mention-count table β Jahn 64, Ilya 59, Evan 39, Rebecca 3, Jane 3, Isaac Oliver 1. Evan appears in neither dossier. Your sister is mentioned three times.
3.2 Family and genealogy (C1). Two recordings β “2024-09-20 0038 Meeting dad” and “β¦0111 Meeting dad pt2 45min good stuff” β contain the only genealogy you own: two paternal aunts in Australia; cousins Michael, Lauren, Sophie, Ethan, Danielle; paternal grandfather d. 2017; grandmother at stage 4. The KCIA claim is single-sourced and was told on LSD, and the notes dossier launders that hedge into biography (C4 Β§4a). The father’s chronology: a KBS smear, three years at Bethel Redding, remarriage 2015, COVID twice, an unregistered house church. Rebecca: Liberty, Egypt, nursing. How long India lasted is unsettled in your own files β “3 to 10,” “12 years,” and a third figure β and memory will not resolve it (Q71). Hanyak cleared the eczema completely (“Meeting dad”, 28:25). Unexamined: no one has drawn the tree; no one has asked your mother anything, and her spirituality is nearly absent from the entire spiritual corpus (C3 Β§4) despite your father calling her “a spiritual woman”; the father’s own fasting and exorcisms have never been asked about behaviourally, which is exactly how W5 Β§6 says to ask.
3.3 Sexuality (C2 Β§1). The “am I gay?” panic of 2024-09-03, resolved by disclosure and by “we’re all on the spectrum. So maybe I’m like 0.1” (“Gay discussion 2”, 4:33), with the inherited doctrine as its engine β “a demon would attach onto you and turn you into a homosexual” (C3 Β§2). “Loose association, broke my brain” (2026-01-15) carries a status-annihilation reframe at 69:13 and, at 12:10, “I never had a brother.” Virginity and the Jane material in “Jane and the Never Ending Sex.” (2025-02-12). Porn’s documented function is loneliness and panic, not desire. “Most of the ai porn I was generating was Korean” β “Makes me think that I’m supposed to marry a Korean.” Body image: the Key West entry; the “Yeah, I’m sorry you had to find out this way” exchange. Four dreams of interrupted porn.Unexamined: neither dossier has a sexuality section; the 12% / 59% genital-eczema finding (Β§7.1) has never been put next to the body-image material; nobody has asked whether “I never had a brother” and the sexuality panic are one sentence.
3.4 Marriage and children (C2 Β§2).“What Isaac wants from Lika” (2026-01-16) at 1:46 and 8:30. Ashitaka as the template. “Start datingβ¦ Find someone who you can be with just for now.” And the line that dates everything: “That’s what dad did. He lost his humanity. He gave up his own family for religion” (2026-03-06) β six weeks before the $30k.Unexamined:there is not one sentence anywhere about wanting children β not for, not against. And nobody has put 2026-03-06 next to 2026-04-26 with you.
3.5 Values, ethics, politics, money-as-value (C2 Β§3, Β§9). A worked-out truth-metaphysics. A February 2026 recording saying “I’m lying about subcontracting” β and a note titled “I have never lied to a client⦔ created 2026-06-06: a documented retroactive edit of your own record. Fundraising scruples applied rigorously to strangers and not to yourself. Politics as epistemics. Capitalism argued from both poles. The skid-row parable. On money: the December 2025 enough-moment (2025-12-12, 79:55β80:37 β “wait a second. I already have that”) against the πΈFinancial freedom folder written in the same month as the 0% pledge; generosity extravagant outward, absent inward. Unexamined: no ranked values hierarchy exists, though your own workbook demands one (Q103β105). The corpus can supply the revealed hierarchy β what you actually paid for β as a counterweight to the stated one. C4 Β§6.5: that comparison would be the single most useful new page in the dossier and no one has attempted it.
3.6 Death and legacy (C2 Β§4). Four incidental hits in the entire corpus. the urge to call your father and tell him everything, mid-trip (2024-10-20, 11:58 β the “I made it, Dad” line the first drafts quoted is not on the tape at that timestamp). Astranote built explicitly as a memory prosthesis. Nine dated suicidality instances, against which both dossiers offer one action item and no plan. Unexamined: you have no stated position on what happens when you die β and C3 Β§1 shows hell was live doctrine in 2024, an open question in Feb 2026, and undiscussed since.
3.7 Humour (C2 Β§5). Theo Von. The sketch ideas. The pubic-hair passage. “Joke and humor practicing app?” (2025-04-23) β the axe-sharpening reflex applied to being funny. “Clues from childhood.” (2025-04-18). The Renaissance Faire tell. Unexamined: B15 is empty in both dossiers. This is the only domain where you are documented as spontaneous rather than systematic, and you responded by proposing to build an app.
3.8 Friendship (C2 Β§6). The brotherhood-shaped hole. Feb 2025: “nobody understands meβ¦ but no I’m going to abandon them first.” Mervin. And the sharpest scene in the file: Isaac Oliver crying while telling you you’re one of his best friends.Unexamined: the base rates in W4 Part 3 and W5 Β§5 β men with no close friends 3% β 15%; men with six or more 55% β 27%; one in five unmarried, unpartnered men has none β and Coan, Schaefer & Davidson (2006): spouse’s hand > stranger’s hand > no hand, with the stranger’s hand still working. Nobody has told you the loneliness is a load, not a character flaw.
3.9 Home, place, culture (C2 Β§7). From Past Authoring, “Korean American” (Apr 2025): “Never feeling quite accepted by Koreans nor Americans.” “Banana.” A note titled “Why does it suck so much to be Korean American” that was never written. Canada and Medicine Hat as home. “You’re rarely productive at home.” Unexamined: the TCK / adult-MK literature puts the surfacing of these struggles at 25β40. You are 27. You are on schedule (W3 Β§1.10). Neither dossier mentions it, so it reads to you as a personal defect rather than a documented sequence.
3.10 Anger, envy, grief, joy (C2 Β§10). Envy converting to self-pathology in under a paragraph (2025-11-14). The blocked tantrum (2026-01-18). “The real problem here is unforgivenessβ¦ anger towards my father” (2026-04-29). “Trying to cry but it fizzles out” β and your own commissioned, never-run prescription: “You might need to be angry before you can be sad.” The 2026-08-22 mother-on-the-cliff dream cry, the only breakthrough affect in 26 recordings. Joy always induced, never allowed. Unexamined: there is no grief practice anywhere β no lament, no Psalms of complaint (C3 Β§6.7); every loss converts to a lesson, a forgiveness assignment or a spiritual cause. And hwa-byung (W5 Β§7) is the indigenous Korean name for exactly this presentation.
3.11 Theology, era by era (C3 Β§1). The dossiers have a belief trajectory; they have no theology.
Era
What the corpus contains
A β inherited
Your father’s system, all five parts of which you still run: Nephilim cosmology, Ephesians 6 armour, spirit-realm tiers (“operating in the second heaven and needs the third”), prayer as causation, and free will as the gate on demonic access β “they can only fuck with you if you invite them, even if you invite them unintentionally.” Plus the anti-doctrine you hold most fiercely: Christian passivity is “very demonic theology” (“Dad podcast Thailand trip spirit realm⦔, 2024-11-06; C-podcast-04)
B β agnostic
Barely evidenced. The one hard datum is a zero-religion window in late 2025 β a 10,336-word memo chunk with no mention of God, prayer, spirits, deliverance or church, eight weeks before the conversion arc (C-podcast-07)
C β 2024 psychedelic mysticism
Immanentist, non-fundamentalist, and you were teaching it: “Hell is not somewhere that you go when you dieβ¦ Hell is when you act bad here, you experience it. You bring it down” (“Branches astranote Bible”, 2024-08-28, 37:50β38:35). Plus the “loveless dimension,” applied to a real fight three days later (“Gf issues”, 2024-08-31, 24:18β32:57) β the “lies and hate open portals” theology predates the bad trip by two months. And the qanna/qinah exegesis β “jealous is not the right wordβ¦ it’s more about love, commitment, and parental care” (“BIBLE STUDY NOTEEESSSS”, 2024-11-04) β the most affectionate God-concept in the corpus, appearing once and never returning
D β post-bad-trip warfare
Doctrine collapses to technique. Pastor James: “This is space for Jesus to occupyβ¦ We do not operate by feelings but by faithβ¦ do not even entertain the thoughts.” Julie’s two-line pharmacology: “Anxiety need to use word of God. Depression need to praise God” (both 2025-02-22). Nowhere do you ask what happens when “do not entertain the thought” is applied to a thought that is true
E β deconstruction
Ehrman, Hassan, Rohr, Dennett, Shermer, Harari, Britt Hartley, Recovering From Religion (Sept 2025). But the centre is Buddhist and it ends unanswered: “It just feels so chaotic and unguided. I need a spiritual teacher” (“Question for thea and alan.”, 2025-11-17)
F β Return to Eden
The best theology you have ever written sits in one note two weeks before re-conversion β seven questions about denominations, hell and “stronger echo chambers” β and every one is abandoned in the same note, resolved by fruit: “but still look at christians. ive seen the change in jahn, evan, colemanβ¦ surely what they believe must be good” (2026-02-26). Ten weeks later: “God is realβ¦ I can get there philosophically too” (“Journal.”, 2026-04-26) β an assertion the corpus contains no argument for
Current doctrine grid (C3 Β§1): God as a father who speaks daily in ideas, rewards all-in obedience, and withholds touch for a reason. Jesus as a blood-and-authority formula β almost no Gospels content anywhere in 482k words. Spirit as the operative person and the replacement for therapy. Evil real, personal, territorial, invited through thoughts and objects. Sin as fracture from “original design.” Hell unresolved. Prophecy continuous. Healing deliverance-first. Suffering as raw material. Mission: “help God bring people back into their original calling and design.”
3.12 The 35-entry experience log (C3 Β§2). Neither dossier contains it. From a 2021-05-17 dream of a demon behind glass to the 2026-08-08 Yosemite download. Load-bearing entries: the 2024-09-02 LSD prayer for angels and the 90 minutes converting the experience into mathematics (“for the first time, I’ve seen outside of the cave”); the first self-deliverance, 2024-09-03; the miracle ledger of 2024-10-11, which lists telepathy, a granted visa, a cat β and every sum of money received (Chairman 400k, Dad 334, Rebecca 100+500, Mom 500); the nun-shaped entity with a long beak; the bad trip β 2024-10-20, Thailand, six hours running around a room with a Bible doing exorcisms on himself (904, 1:04:05; corroborated to his father at 446, 24:01); the DOWNLOADS cluster, ~15 notes in ~10 days (Dec 2024); nine months of reading scripture aloud all day to avoid possession; Vipassana’s lingering facial sensations; Jahn touched by God on 2026-03-30 while you felt “nervous” (“I want that touch so bad I’ll do whatever”); Louie’s word, 2026-04-06 (“the old fuel of pain will not workβ¦ now my fuel is love”); the witches doubt and the next day’s baptism; the 2026-05-12 Refuge Ranch reframe (“It’s not my father, it’s the spirit”); launch day’s “kiss from heaven”; the live self-deliverance on tape, 2026-07-02/03, and the “suicidal spirit” rebuked and told to no one; Adam’s word (“Religious spirit has been invading the group”); and the Yosemite download telling you not to want equity.Unexamined: no falsifiable prophecy log has ever been kept β word, date, outcome; the miracle ledgers count money as miracle, so provision and proof are not distinguished; and the one download that resolves a live personal grievance in the movement’s favour has never been noticed as such.
3.13 Practice inventory (C3 Β§3). Church up to 5Γ/week in childhood. Worship leading, stopped in 2026 “because God convicted me of my pride,” resumed when worship “started getting religious.” Speaking scripture aloud all day for ~9 months, ending in exhaustion rather than resolution. Blood-of-Jesus covering; communion as medicine. Psychedelics 2024-04 β 2024-12, researched again 2026-02-20. Downloads without psychedelics, continuous since Dec 2024, now the primary revelation channel. Vipassana and daily breath, 2025-05 β 2025-11 β the practice that most reliably helped, dropped without a stated reason. Loving-kindness and creativity meditation, the only self-authored compassion practice in the corpus. Therapy across four therapists, EMDR and IFS, explicitly displaced: “They don’t talk about this in therapyβ¦ That’s why I have to trust the Holy Spirit.” Fasting from 2026-02-27: β₯3 three-day water fasts plus one-days, prescribed before deliverance β “like waking up 10% from the matrix”; the first produced the launch-trailer download; a fast-adjacent overwhelm preceded the March suicidal episode. Vegetarianism and no coffee from 2026-03. β₯5 deliverance sessions plus self-deliverance. Two baptisms. The “secret place.” Daily Bible as weapon, anchor and doubt-terminator. And giving: $30k, $10k of it to Jahn’s mother.Unexamined: nothing asks what a three-day water fast does to a brain with your panic history. The fasts, the downloads and the March crash cluster within days of each other and have never been plotted on one timeline.
3.14 Institutions and leaders (C3 Β§4). The Korean missionary church and the India hospital installed sacrifice-as-love and Illuminati documentaries at six. Your father installed the demonology, the prescription, the anti-passivity ethic β and, after Refuge Ranch, a re-narration of you as a man possessed rather than a man who left; he is also the only person who tells you to slow down. GIA and Principal Yi installed a self-esteem wound you scheduled a deliverance for in 2026. MorningStar (Joyner), Fresh Fire (Bentley) and IHOP (Bickle) installed the impartation-and-camp economy β and the corpus contains no awareness of what happened to any of them. Pastor James installed the anti-feeling epistemology; Michael Rosel and Refuge Ranch the generational curses and the father reframe. Adam is the most sophisticated leader in the corpus and the only one who names the movement’s own pathology. The deconstruction faculty was read once and never argued with. And the unaligned teachers you keep returning to β Peterson, McKenna, Yogananda, Huxley, Harris, A Course in Miracles (2026-08-01), Tibetan dream yoga (2026-08-07) β are still live inside the movement. Unexamined: you have no living mentor β “I need a spiritual teacher” (2025-11-17) β “read into christian mystics / monastery / mentor” (2026-07-01) β nothing. C3’s question: is wanting a teacher the same want as wanting a father?
3.15 Return to Eden, in full (C3 Β§5). Jahn β 3.8M followers, “radically saved,” whose testimony copy you drafted. Mission: “help God bring people back into their original calling and design.” LLC formed 2026-04-27. Roles: “Jahn is the connector. You are the builder. So build” (2026-05-12). Jahn’s mother is a decision-maker.
Money. The entire $30k, $10k of it directly to Jahn’s mother; Jahn declined his own $10k and you moved to shared credit cards. All active contract work released, ~$3.4k/month passive retained. Equity 0% β and Jahn offered 50/50 twice. Your written rationale is a full theology of subordination: “It is not my time yet to have full creative authorityβ¦ it feels a bit strange that all my work will be going under another man’s name, but that’s what a servant’s heart isβ¦ Though I do ask when the ministry is financially successful, it would be a great blessing for my family and I to have a house in our name, and perhaps a stipend for groceries” (“God has put me in a position to serve.”, 2026-05-06). Four months later, God tells you not to want equity.
The four doubt episodes, all documented, all closed. (1) 2026-03-10 β you storyboard “Jahn manipulating women only fans”: Jahn as a puppeteer above a dollhouse, intended as his before picture, and also the most exact image of the fear you will not name. (2) 2026-04-25 β “I started to actually wonder if Jahn and his mom were witches”; duration, one evening. (3) 2026-04-29 β a doubt lasting twenty seconds. (4) 2026-05-06 β the concern written and overruled in the same paragraph: “I was concerned that Jahn and his mother would skew things more into over-spiritualizingβ¦ like making large decisions by numerologyβ¦ But who am I to say that they are wrong, they are operating in the spirit.“
What it gives back, and what it costs. “I really finally feel connected to these people as a community, as a familyβ¦ for the first time in my adult life I’m just becoming myself” (2026-06-12/14). And, stated once and never followed up: “The reason why I prioritize creativity first is because that’s how I connect with God. And God has never failed me. But people have failed me all my life” (“Why does it bother me?”, 2026-07-22).
3.16 Your 2,702 self-questions and six abandoned registers (C4 Β§1).10,942 literal questions; filtered to first-person and non-filler, 2,702 self-directed β 438 written, 2,264 spoken. You ask roughly five times more questions aloud than on paper, and the spoken ones carry the heat. The archive is not a journal; it is a five-year interrogation with no answering party. The cluster table is itself the finding: am Iβ¦ 218, what ifβ¦ 185, was I / did Iβ¦ 175, will I / can Iβ¦ 150, how do Iβ¦ 148, why do Iβ¦ 136, should Iβ¦ 111, am I crazy/insane/delusional/bipolar/autistic 64 β and who am I 13, what do I want 6.The questions you ask least are the ones a life is steered by; the ones you ask most are audits of a verdict already assumed. You are not asking what to want. You are asking whether you passed.
The recurrers: “If I were to look back on this time in my life, what do I wish I’d have done differently?” β 3Γ, and a note title (2025-02-13); your only self-authored decision heuristic, and you have never once recorded the answer β which C4 names as grief work wearing a planning costume. “Why do I care so much about what people think that aren’t even around me⦔ β 3Γ in nine days, the only question you ever handed a therapist as an agenda item. “Who are my people?” β 2Γ, thirteen months apart, the second time from inside the community that was supposed to answer it.
Six registers, all abandoned:“Questions AND TOPICS” (2025-05-22), “Weekly review.” (2025-03-21), “Thea questions” (2025-08-20), “abdul questions” (2025-09-16), “Therapist interview questions” (2025-10-29), “things to discover with AI.” (2026-08-19), plus “ULTIMATE DOC⦔ (2026-08-06), whose title promises questions and whose body contains three. A dossier that does not carry your open questions forward repeats the failure it documents. That is why Β§8 exists.
The echo, item by item: “cup with no bottom” β notes dossier Β§3.1, presented as a quote from you; “systems are escape hatches” β Β§3.7; “the slow accumulation of hundreds of experiences where you are imperfect and still held” β quoted directly in Β§12; “one therapist, two years, no switching” β Β§15; “make art and then destroy it” β Β§13, celebrated as “the most hopeful data point in 440,000 words”; “this scatteredness isn’t ADHD β it’s avoidance” β Β§0 and Β§3.7.
Where you pushed back, and neither dossier records it. Six months after the AI prescribed sitting with frustration (“play it badly 50 times”), unprompted: “It can’t be just as simple as pushing through the suck, there’s more psychological problems happening here” (2026-08-19) β and the notes dossier then prescribes “Fifty bad reps” without acknowledging you already refused it. Second: the AI framed Ilya as a displaced father and your frustration as projection; you kept the judgement and dropped the mirror.
The unrun test. The AI asserted your mother’s love was conditional and that you “never received consistent unconditional positive regard from a stable caregiver” β but you wrote that in the prompt, and the corpus also contains Hannah (“She said I have a lot of talents,” 2025-03-30), your mother’s Disney trip, Rebecca’s $500/month, and Isaac Oliver crying. The claim may still be true. It has never been examined as a claim.
3.18 The instrument record and the labels other people gave you (C4 Β§2). The complete inventory of administered instruments across 438k words and 102 hours: MBTI (2025-05-07, INFP-T, rejected within 24 hours β “This makes me feel that the whole INFP thing might just be bogus. My childhood self was charming, joyful, energetic, creative, adventurous, and social”); a food-sensitivity test (~2024, the only lab test in the corpus that changed your behaviour); a neurofeedback/qEEG recommendation (2025-09-15, never done); Past Authoring (2025-04-22β25, 40k words, hosted off-corpus); a back MRI/X-ray (“They say nothing’s wrong”). Zero hits anywhere: Enneagram, Big Five/IPIP-NEO, VIA, StrengthsFinder, IQ/WAIS, ASRS, RAADS-R/AQ-10, attachment questionnaire, PHQ-9, GAD-7, MDQ.
The pattern neither dossier states:every label that stuck was delivered by a person in the room; every label delivered by an instrument was discarded. INFP came from a test and died in a day. “Narcissistic victimhood” came from Abdul’s mouth and survived seven months of use against yourself (2025-06-03 β 2026-01-06). That is the same mechanism the VM dossier identifies for decisions β you need a witness to decide β applied to self-knowledge, and it predicts that a written dossier, however good, will not stick either. Which is the argument for Β§9’s structure and Β§10’s people, not for more prose.
The labels on record: from clinicians β “slight autism and ADD,” “do not have schizophrenia,” “undiagnosed ADD”; from Abdul β “narcissistic victimhood,” “you experienced racism and narcissistic abuse,” “trauma from religion,” “a genius like Noam Chomsky”; from non-clinicians β Aaron (“might’ve lost it”), Jane (“on the delusional spectrum”), Isaac Oliver (“going crazy”), a business mentor (“a little dog just yapping around”), a Silicon Valley contact (“don’t have a problem”), Principal Yi (“your voice is not anointed”), Kwiz (“you’re a producer not a singer”); prophetic β Louie (“new fuel”), an unnamed husband (“a musical gift”), your father (“you’re better than me”); self-applied β “mania episode” (2021), “my autistic brain” (Dec 2025), “delusional autism that I got from my mom” (2025-11-14, recorded by neither dossier), “Perhaps I am autistic” (Aug 2026), “Frankenstein’s creature,” “banana.”
3.19 The workbook, with three junk answers (C4 Β§6).index.html, in the same folder as the dossiers, was a 160-question, fourteen-section self-inventory (117 questions since the 2026-09-09 curation β the record-answered ones removed, questions on distortions, limiting beliefs, the inner child, shadow, anger and grief, strengths and wants added): chapters of the life, adjectives-with-proof for each parent, the shadow, shame, sex, resentment, money, addiction, forgiveness, a forced values rank, VIA and IPIP-NEO with scores written down, twelve favourite problems, the Kinder three questions, Gawande’s four, the eternal return, the eulogy, and a closing section called “The Case Against This Document” with a prediction test and an outside check. dossier-data.json records the entire engagement: three questions touched on 2026-08-13 between 16:18 and 16:28 β ten minutes β with the answers "", "asd", and "asdfasdfasldkfdkjf". One of the three was “The worst moment, written as a scene,” left empty; another was “The one question in this whole document I’d most like to skip is ______,” answered "asd".
That is the whole problem in one file. You do not need more analysis. You need a container that produces answers rather than questions, in units small enough to survive your own initiation deficit, with a witness present.
4. THE FRAMEWORKS TO RUN ON YOU
4.0 Three methodological rules that govern everything in this section (W1)
State-dependence. How you see yourself differs by state; date every self-description and note the mood you wrote it in.
Self-report is not the person. Everything below is you describing you β the exact instrument C4 Β§6.15 says cannot answer the question. Ask at least one person who knew you before 18 (mother, father, Rebecca) how they saw you. Non-negotiable.
Prospective beats retrospective. A 60β90 day daily log beats every questionnaire in this section, because your retrospective memory is organised by narrative and the log is not.
4.1 The two instruments that survive
Framework
Why it fits you
Instrument
The questions it will settle
Big Five, facet-level
Your “contradictions” (social and reclusive, disciplined and scattered) are almost certainly facet-level splits inside single domains, which only a facet instrument can show
Is Conscientiousness low overall, or Self-Discipline low while Achievement-Striving is high? Is Neuroticism global or concentrated in Anxiety and Vulnerability? Is Extraversion low on Gregariousness and high on Excitement-Seeking β a combination that is not what “introvert” means?
Character strengths
Your own workbook prescribes it and you never opened it
VIA-IS β https://www.viacharacter.org/
Do your top strengths appear in your paid work at all? Which top-five strength do you resent being good at?
Retired 2026-09-09: HEXACO, TCI, ECR-R, PVQ-RR, Enneagram, MBTI, OEQ-II, HSP and Dunn, MEQ and MCTQ, SD3 and Light Triad, the self-compassion scale, locus of control, need for cognition, the perfectionism, procrastination and impostor scales. Most of what they would have asked, the record already answers (your lies are evasive, not acquisitive; the hurt converts to plans, not deeper feeling; home is a sensory problem, stated sober), and the rest now sits in the workbook as plain questions rather than scores.
4.2 The clinical question, reduced to what is live
None of this is a diagnosis, and no testing is recommended. The screener table that stood here was retired 2026-09-09. Half of its discriminating questions the record already answers: panic starts as a thought, then the body; gaming is escape, not achievement; pornography regulates loneliness and panic, not desire; nine months of reading scripture aloud to prevent possession was compulsive neutralisation, and you called it unwanted yourself. The other half belongs to a clinician, not a self-scored form.
One thing stays:
The single question you can answer yourself: during elevation, is your sleep need reduced β you feel rested on four hours β or merely your sleep time reduced, and you are tired? The honest answer tells you whether the high is rest-proof or simply unrested, and that decides how much to trust it. Q1.
One caveat carried forward: “RSD” (rejection-sensitive dysphoria) is not a DSM entity and its evidence base is thin; your rejection sensitivity is real and well documented without the label.
4.3 Process models β how the machine actually runs
These are not measured; they are read against the record. Each earns its place by explaining something the trait models cannot.
Model
Why it fits you
The sharpest question
Source
Idealisation β deflation cycle
Every mentor arrives as total and leaves as a disappointment; every frame “arrives, explains everything, and is replaced” at roughly one every four months
Name the last four frames and their expiry dates. What is the half-life?
W1 Β§3.1
Puer aeternus (von Franz)
The provisional life, the refusal to commit to one form, the fantasy of the greater thing β and von Franz’s cure is not insight, it is work: ordinary, unglamorous, sustained
Name three things you finished and released in the last three years. If you cannot, the scanner/multipotentialite frame is a flattering trap
W3 Β§1.1, Β§1.9
Father hunger (Bly)
The airport, the twelve years, the reunion, and then a man 3.8M-followers strong who offers what your father did not β Bly’s line is the mechanism: “the boss offers authority without love; the guru offers love with authority”
Which is Jahn offering, and which did your father withhold?
W1 Β§3.3
Hollis
“Running his father’s operating system with himself in the position of the abandoned” β you left, then rebuilt the leaving
What decision have you made because of your father that you would not make otherwise?
W3 Β§1.7; W1 Β§3.4
Winnicott / false self
“For the first time in my adult life I’m just becoming myself” is a sentence about a false self ending β said inside the structure that most requires performance
Which self was on stage at Eden camp?
W1 Β§3.5
Kohut / mirror hunger
You need a witness to decide, to grieve, to believe. Every conversion in the corpus happens before a beloved witness (C3 Β§6.9)
If no one was watching, what would you believe on a Tuesday?
W1 Β§3.6; C3
Horney’s tyranny of the shoulds
The workbook, the systems, the 23 purposes
List your shoulds. Which were installed by a person you no longer respect?
W1 Β§3.7
Alice Miller / the gifted child
Approval contingent on output; a childhood self described as “charming, joyful, energetic” and a present self who cannot be loved at zero productivity
Addiction as an answer to pain rather than a defect [D β clinically influential, empirically contested]
What does the nicotine do for you in the ten seconds after?
W1 Β§3.9
ACT experiential avoidance
The systems, the metawork, the 1.1 million words
What feeling is the next system designed to prevent?
W1 Β§3.12
SDT introjected regulation
Work done to avoid guilt collapses the moment guilt lifts β which is exactly the 2026 pattern
For each current project: would you still do it if no one ever knew?
W1 Β§3.13
The insight-without-change problem
Your own five-times-repeated finding: insight has a half-life of about one day
W4 Β§2.9’s verdict: “His 1.1 million words are the wrong instrument for his problem.” What changes if the next 1,000 words are an implementation intention instead of an analysis?
W1 Β§3.14; W4 Β§2.9
Rumination / co-rumination
The interrogative mode, 2,702 self-questions, six abandoned registers
Does talking about it with someone leave you lighter or more entangled?
W1 Β§3.15
Finishing vs starting
Crocker & Wolfe’s contingencies of self-worth plus an 80β90% abandonment signature: if worth rides on the outcome, not finishing protects worth
What would it cost you to release something bad?
W1 Β§3.16
5. YOUR ARCHETYPE AND THE LIVES LIKE YOURS
5.1 The name
The Orphaned Puer-Magician β a wounded healer stuck at the Return (W3 Β§1.12).
Typology
What it says about you
Jung / von Franz β puer aeternus
The provisional life; every commitment held as temporary; the greater thing always about to begin. The cure von Franz names is work β not insight, not a system, not a better frame: ordinary sustained labour on one thing
Pearson’s archetype stack
Orphan (the founding wound), Seeker (the movement), Creator (the identity), Magician (the gift). Least access to Warrior and Ruler β you cannot defend a boundary or hold a throne, which is exactly what a 0%-equity builder looks like
Jung β the wounded healer / Chiron
You are excellent in other people’s crises and helpless in your own; the Bangkok sit and the trip-sitting protocol are the evidence
Campbell
The failure is not the Refusal of the Call. You answered the Call β repeatedly. The failure is the Road of Trials and the Refusal of the Return: you never bring the boon back in finished form. Every journey ends before the artefact exists
Moore & Gillette
Four archetypes, each with a bipolar shadow: King β Tyrant / Weakling; Warrior β Sadist / Masochist; Magician β Manipulator / Denying Innocent; Lover β Addicted / Impotent. In you it is one flip, running in four domains simultaneously, synchronised to mood β elevated: Tyrant/Sadist/Manipulator/Addicted; depressed: Weakling/Masochist/Denying Innocent/Impotent
Rohr
“The falls without building the container.” You have had the second-half-of-life experiences β ego death, conversion, collapse β without the first-half structure (a craft finished, a boundary held, a form completed) that makes them survivable
Hollis
You are running your father’s operating system with yourself in the position of the abandoned
TCK / adult MK
Hidden grief, the hidden immigrant, and a documented base rate: struggles surface between 25 and 40. You are 27. You are on schedule
Korean-American 1.5 generation / the Silent Exodus
“Never feeling quite accepted by Koreans nor Americans” is not an idiosyncrasy; it is the literature’s central finding
And the flattering trap to refuse: the scanner/multipotentialite frame and the tortured-artist myth. W3 is blunt on both β the tortured-artist link does not hold up (Kaufman), and the multipotentialite label survives exactly one question: can you name three things you finished and released in the last three years?
5.2 The comparable lives
Grouped by mechanism, not by fame. Match is W3’s, not mine. Quotes marked [paraphrase] are the substance of a documented statement whose exact wording could not be confirmed β never repeat them as quotations.

F. Leaving a high-control group (W3 Β§2F)
The consistent finding across the exit literature is the one that matters most to you: you are not deciding about God while you are deciding about the group. Leaving a leader is not leaving the encounter. The people who did best kept the experience and left the structure; the people who did worst treated the two as one decision and lost both.
5.3 What the ones who made it did β and what the ones who didn’t shared
Made it (W3 Β§3.1)
Did not (W3 Β§3.2)
One craft, done daily, for years
Kept switching forms in search of the right one
A fixed place
Kept moving
One person who did not leave (Theo, an abbot, a spouse, a teacher)
Had admirers, an audience, or a leader β but no elder
An elder, not a leader β someone above them who wanted nothing from them
A leader who needed something from them
Finished and released work, including bad work
Protected the work by not finishing it
Treated the mystical experience as material, not as instruction
Treated it as instruction
Got the clinical problem treated by professionals, separately from the meaning problem
Fused the two
Kept a day job or a patron, and did not make the art pay the rent
Made the art carry the finances
Wrote it down once and moved on (Pascal’s Memorial)
Re-litigated it forever
Scored against you today: one craft β no (music, film, code, ministry, all live). Fixed place β no. One person who does not leave β no; W3 says it plainly, you have no Theo. An elder β no; you have a leader. Finished and released β no; zero music releases. Experience as material β no; it is instruction. Clinical treated separately β no; therapy stopped at the exact moment the spiritual explanation became total (C3 Β§6.4). Day job β partly; ~$3.4k/month passive survives. Written once and moved on β no; 1.1 million words.
W3’s own summary sentence, and the most concrete instruction in the nine reports:One craft, done daily for two years, in one place, in the presence of one person who does not leave β with the savings question and the suicidal ideation handled by professionals outside the movement, now.
5.4 Second-act frameworks
Rohr (first-half container before second-half falls) β you inverted the order. Hollis (the middle passage begins when the projected life fails) β yours began early. Jung’s stages of life β the noon crisis at 27 is early but not anomalous for a TCK. Levinson β the Dream, the Mentor, and the Age 30 Transition; you are in the Age 30 Transition with an unresolved Mentor relationship. Erikson β Stage 5 (identity) must close before Stage 6 (intimacy), which is why the marriage and children material is empty rather than negative. DΔ browski β the “tragic gift,” with W3’s caveat that this framing is flattering and should be held loosely. Feiler’s lifequake β you have had a disruption in all five buckets (love, identity, beliefs, work, body) simultaneously, which the literature says takes years, not months, and predicts the “meaning vacuum” a movement fills.
6. THE TRADITIONS’ VERDICTS AND THE SPIRITUAL RESEARCH AGENDA
6.1 Ignatian discernment β the tradition built for exactly your problem
Rule
Why it speaks to you
The question it asks
Rules for the Discernment of Spirits, Rule 5
In desolation, never make a change. You made the largest financial decision of your life in a state you yourself describe as elevated, days after a fast and a deliverance
Was 2026-04-26 consolation or elevation? Ignatius does not let you answer that from inside the state
Rules 12β14
The enemy behaves as a weak leader, a false lover demanding secrecy, and a commander probing for the weakest wall
Which of your walls did this find?
The angel of light
The classic warning: a good spirit’s leading ends in peace; a counterfeit begins sweetly and ends in agitation and disquiet
Trace each download to its end-state, 30 days out. Which ended in peace and which in agitation?
The Examen
A daily, 10-minute, structured review with a fixed form β the anti-rumination version of what you do for hours without a form
Would a 10-minute Examen have caught anything your 1.1 million words missed?
6.3 The Christian writers who address your specific wound
Source
Why it fits
The question
Nouwen β the three lies (I am what I do, what I have, what others say about me); become the father, not only the younger son
Your worth is fused to output, and your entire religious life is organised around a father
Which of the three lies is running today? And: are you still auditioning to be the returning son when the task is to become the father?
Manning β the impostor
“I have never lied to a client” written four months after “I’m lying about subcontracting”
Who is the impostor protecting, and from what?
Rohr
Falling upward; the necessary suffering; but also: the container first
What form have you completed?
Merton
The false self as a construction of the ego; and the danger of the spiritual false self
Is “servant with a 0% share” a true self or a costume?
John of the Cross / Gerald May
The dark night is a normal developmental stage, not an attack β and May’s dual assessment (a night can be both a spiritual passage and a depression requiring treatment)
Have you ever considered that the dryness is stage, not sin?
Kierkegaard
Faith as the leap, and the crowd as untruth
What would you believe alone?
Augustine
Disordered loves β not bad things loved, but good things loved out of order
Rank your loves. Where is music? Where is being seen?
Bonhoeffer
The warning about idealised community: the man who loves his dream of community destroys the community
Do you love Return to Eden, or your image of it?
Kirkpatrick / Granqvist β attachment to God
Two routes: correspondence (God resembles the caregiver) and compensation (God supplies what the caregiver did not). Your God withholds touch until you do more, and your father went silent for years
Which route is yours β and can you tell?
6.4 What actually happened to the stream that formed you
C3 Β§4 records that the corpus contains no awareness of any of this. It is not a hostile question; it is the history of the stream you were raised in, and it is worth knowing.
IHOPKC / Mike Bickle β the independent Firefly investigation substantiated allegations involving 17 women and girls, found leadership suppression, and IHOPKC dissolved.
Todd Bentley β the 2008 Lakeland collapse; a restoration process led in part by Rick Joyner; later further allegations; a December 2024 re-platforming.
MorningStar / Rick Joyner, Fort Mill SC β the same geography as Return to Eden; Chris Reed’s 2022 departure after admissions about prophetic claims.
Bethel Redding / Bill Johnson β your father spent three years there. In February 2026, Johnson publicly stated that a revelation later shown to be fabricated could still have been “worth it” for the people it helped.
6.5 Religious trauma and high-control-group frameworks
Framework
Why it fits
The question
Winell β Religious Trauma Syndrome
Names the specific damage of fear-based doctrine imposed in childhood: Illuminati documentaries at six, demons that attach and “turn you into a homosexual”
Which fears were installed before you could consent?
Johnson & VanVonderen β The Subtle Power of Spiritual Abuse
The “can’t-talk rule”: the system’s health is protected by making the naming of problems itself the offence β and Adam had to name “religious spirit” for you
What can you not say inside the group without cost?
Welwood / Masters β spiritual bypassing
Every loss in your record converts into a lesson, a forgiveness assignment, or a spiritual cause, within a paragraph
Name a grief you have felt and not converted
Stein β “fright without solution”
W2’s verdict: “Stein lands hardest.” The leader is simultaneously the source of terror and the only available source of safety β which produces disorganised attachment to the group
Who calms you after the group frightens you?
Singer β six conditions
The standard checklist for a coercive environment
Score them, honestly, once
6.6 Beyond Christianity β the traditions with something to say to you
Tradition
Why it speaks to you
The question
Jung
Religious experience as psychologically real without being metaphysically settled β the position you have never allowed yourself
Can an experience be real and not be instruction?
William James
The sick soul, the twice-born, and the rule that fruits beat roots
What has actually grown?
Grof / Lukoff β spiritual emergency
There are published criteria distinguishing spiritual emergency from psychosis, and you have never seen them despite two years of asking “am I crazy”
Do your episodes meet the criteria?
Vipassana
W2: “the only practice requiring no interpretation.” It also worked for you and you dropped it without a stated reason
Why did you stop?
Zen / lojong
Practice without content; slogans that resist system-building
What survives when there is no interpretation to build?
Tao
Wu wei as the corrective to a life organised entirely by effort
What would happen if you stopped pushing for 30 days?
Stoics
The dichotomy of control β directly opposed to a theology where prayer causes outcomes
Which of your outcomes is actually yours?
Sufism
The beloved, the annihilation of the self, the necessity of a teacher
You have wanted a teacher since Nov 2025
Ecclesiastes and Job
The two canonical books that refuse to resolve. Job’s friends are the ones with the theodicy, and they are the ones rebuked
Which of your friends is Eliphaz?
Simone Weil
“The imagination filling the void” β the mind’s refusal to let an absence remain an absence
What has your imagination filled since the airport?
Kabir / Ramana
“To whom does this arise?” β the question that dissolves the interrogator rather than adding a question
Ask it once about the download
Wilber β pre/trans fallacy
W2’s sharpest line about you: “his cynical deconstruction and his movement’s elevation can be the same fallacy running in opposite directions.” One collapses the transrational into the prerational; the other elevates the prerational into the transrational
Which are you doing today?
Eliade
The shaman’s initiatory illness and the necessity of a community that recognises and contains it. W2: “his crises have had a leader rather than an elder“
What is the difference, in your life, between the two?
6.7 Korean concepts your inherited religion actually runs on
You treat your demonology as generic Christianity. It is not (C3 Β§6.3). ν (han) β accumulated unresolved grievance and sorrow; W2 flags the danger: [D] β it can sanctify non-resolution. μ (jeong) β the sticky, obligation-laden attachment that makes leaving a group feel like betrayal rather than choice. λμΉ (nunchi) β the hypervigilant reading of a room, which is both your gift and your exhaustion. νλ³ (hwa-byung) β suppressed anger somatised as chest oppression, rising heat and a lump in the throat; ~4.1% prevalence; the indigenous name for what Sarno and Schubiner call psychophysiologic disorder (W5 Β§7). And the shamanic substrate of Korean Protestant demonology, plus the κΈ°λμ prayer-mountain movement and the missionary theology of sacrifice.
6.8 Practices β ranked, with the cautions that matter
Worth running: the daily Examen (10 minutes, fixed form, anti-rumination); Vipassana / breath, resumed with a teacher; lectio or Psalms of lament β the grief practice you have never had; Pascal’s Memorial β write the experience once, date it, carry it, stop re-litigating it; centering prayer with a stated stopping rule.
The five cautions (W2 Part 5), in order of urgency for you:
Sleep deprivation. See Β§7 β this is the first thing to stop.
Fasting. Three-day water fasts in a brain with your panic history, prescribed before deliverance, with the March suicidal crash clustering within days. Nobody has plotted this. Nobody has asked a doctor.
Deliverance as a panic amplifier. A ritual that induces autonomic arousal, interprets the arousal as an entity, and rewards escalation is structurally the opposite of interoceptive exposure β it teaches the body that the sensation is dangerous and requires rescue.
Meditation adverse effects are real and under-reported. Britton’s work catalogues 59 categories; Shapiro (1992) found 63% of a retreat sample reporting at least one adverse effect; W5 notes 62.9% of Vipassana practitioners report β₯1 adverse effect. This is an argument for a teacher, not against practice.
Irreversible giving, and psychedelics. You have already done the first. You researched the second again on 2026-02-20.
7. BODY, HEALTH, AND THE FACTS OF YOUR LIFE
Evidence grades are W5’s: [A] strong RCT/meta-analytic, [B] good, [C] mixed or preliminary, [D] clinically influential but empirically weak.
7.1 Skin β psychodermatology
Atopic dermatitis carries an attenuated cortisol response to stress, and +20β30% rates of depression, anxiety and suicidality [A]. Two behavioural findings are directly usable. Habit reversal training, RCT, 39 patients: SCORAD β31.9 vs β23.8 at three weeks, and the gap widened by eight weeks (β31.7 vs β19.7) β the scratching is a habit loop with a cue and a reward, not only a symptom. And the finding W5 calls “the most transferable finding in this document”: Kishimoto et al., JAMA Dermatology 2023 β 107 adults, eight 90-minute online sessions of mindfulness plus self-compassion, DLQI β6.34, Cohen’s d β β1.06, with improved medication adherence [A]. Eight sessions. Online. Self-compassion measurably changed a skin disease.
Systemic options: dupilumab EASI-75 ~44β69% vs ~12β23% placebo (real-world ~37%), no routine lab monitoring required [A]. JAK inhibitors carry a boxed warning derived from ORAL Surveillance. On Medicaid the gate is prior authorisation β the move is an appeal, not a coupon. Your own note “Ask about dupixent” (2025-07-18) was never actioned (C1).
Two cautions. Elimination diets [A, mostly negative] β only slight benefit, low certainty, and a real risk of losing oral tolerance; W5’s line is that you have run “ten experiments on the least-supported lever.” And sleep: disturbance affects 47β60% of AD patients, and Mendelian randomisation supports insomnia β AD, not only the reverse.
The finding nobody has put next to your body-image material: ~12% of AD patients report genital involvement, and 59% of those rate it the most distressing part of the disease.
The flare log was retired as a chore; skin goes in the 60-day daily log as one number. If the skin is bad, the eight-session online mindfulness-and-self-compassion course above is the one thing here with a large effect and no gate.
7.2 Pain β the back
Sarno [D] β clinically influential, empirically weak; the mechanism is wrong even where the outcome is right. Schubiner’s EAET trial (2010): 45.8% achieved β₯30% pain reduction at six months vs 0% of controls, effect size ~1.46 [B]. And the trial that matters: Ashar et al., JAMA Psychiatry 2022 β Pain Reprocessing Therapy, N=151. Post-treatment pain: PRT 1.18, placebo 2.84, usual care 3.13; pain-free or nearly so: 66% vs 20% vs 10%; Hedges’ g = β1.14 vs placebo, β1.74 vs usual care; at 12 months 1.51 / 2.79 / 3.00. The mediator was reduced belief in a structural cause [A].
That mediator is why this fits you exactly: LAKHIA’s six-year thoracic workup, MRI and X-ray negative, ankylosing spondylitis negative, and a clinician’s own sentence β “structural damage should’ve healed by now” (C1). You have already been told there is no structure to fix and you have not updated the belief.
The 30-day protocol that stood here (somatic tracking, graded re-exposure, a day-30 decision rule) was retired as too clinical for this document; it lives in Ashar’s paper and in Explain Pain. What is left is the question that mediates the whole effect: after three clean scans and a doctor’s “should have healed by now,” how strongly, 0 to 10, do you still believe the pain is structural β and would you give the mind-body route thirty honest days? (Q86.) And do not re-image: another negative MRI will not change a belief that three negatives have not changed.
7.3 Panic, anxiety, perception
Barlow’s Panic Control Treatment achieves 70β90% panic-free rates [A]. A component network meta-analysis of 72 studies, 4,064 patients identified the active ingredient: interoceptive exposure, OR 7.69 β deliberately provoking the feared body sensations until they stop meaning danger.
This is the common ingredient across your whole file. Vipassana is massed interoceptive exposure plus response prevention β which is why it worked. Deliverance is the opposite: it provokes the sensation and then rescues you from it, which strengthens the meaning it was supposed to remove.
HPPD: roughly 4.2% of users report HPPD-like symptoms; Type 1 (brief, benign) vs Type 2 (persistent, distressing). Aggravators are anxiety and self-monitoring, cannabis, stimulants, and sleep deprivation β three of which you run deliberately. The rule is stop-checking: the visual monitoring is the maintaining behaviour.
W5’s central experimental proposal, and the sharpest single test in this document:“spiritual attack” and “panic physiology” are two competing models of the same events.Write out what each predicts β onset, duration, what makes it stop, what it feels like at hour two, whether it responds to breathing, whether it responds to rebuking β before the next episode. Then score both models against the next three episodes. Neither dossier proposes a single falsification test; this is one, it costs nothing, and it is available now.
Gaming: the discriminator is motive β escape/coping motives predict harm; achievement and social motives largely do not (IGDS9-SF).
Nicotine: ~$100/week at the worst is ~$5,200/year, for a man who gave away $30,000. Your own case against it, in capitals, is on record (2024-11-27). If you ever want to be done with it, varenicline roughly doubles the odds and Medicaid covers it. Caffeine is a documented panic trigger for you across two years and cuts sleep without you feeling it; it is one of the four levers in Q96.
Sleep deprivation and elevation β the item to act on first. Sleep loss is the most reliable road into an over-certain, over-scaled state, and every crash on tape sits on top of it. W5’s verdict: “the riskiest practice in his repertoireβ¦ This is the first thing to stop.”
Sugar [C]. And the finding that reframes the whole method: Breines & Chen 2012 β self-compassion produced more motivation to improve, not less. Shame is not load-bearing. You can drop it without losing the engine.
7.5 Loneliness β as a physical variable
Cacioppo: loneliness produces hypervigilance for social threat, which makes the lonely person harder to be around, which produces more loneliness. Holt-Lunstad’s meta-analyses: loneliness +26% mortality risk, social isolation +29%, living alone +32%; the 2023 US Surgeon General advisory treats it as a public-health problem, not a mood.
Coan, Schaefer & Davidson 2006: under threat of shock, holding a spouse’s hand reduced neural threat response most, a stranger’s hand still worked, and no hand was worst. Social Baseline Theory’s summary, and the line to keep: being alone is not neutral; it is expensive.
What has evidence: group singing produces an “ice-breaker effect” on bonding faster than other group activities (Pearce et al. 2015) β you already have worship and a band. Walking increased creative divergent output by 81% (Oppezzo & Schwartz), with no effect on convergent insight β which is precisely why you are creative “out and about” and not in your room (C4 Q27), and it is a fact about walking, not a defect in you. Exercise for depression: 218 RCTs, 14,170 participants (Noetel, BMJ 2024). Morning light [C]. Touch [C].
Base rate: men with no close friends rose from 3% to 15%; men with six or more fell from 55% to 27%; one in five unmarried, unpartnered men has none.
7.6 The assessment, and what was cut
The lab panel, sleep-apnea screen, pharmacogenomics warning, Medicaid appeal ladder, the 2024 bleeding workup (the podcast tape shows it was gums, not rectal), and the Korean citizenship and military-service checks were all retired 2026-09-09 as medical, bureaucratic or cold; the records list is parked in docs/STATE.md.
What stays is an ICE binder: insurance card, medication list, allergies, named contacts with numbers, the written safety plan (Q28), and 988.
8. THE MEGA QUESTION REGISTER
363 questions, deduplicated from all nine reports (C1’s 15, C2’s 20, C3’s 20, C4’s 40 verbatim self-questions, W1’s 70, W2’s 50, W3’s 60, W4’s 77, W5’s 60 β 412 raw). Where a question is yours, your wording and citation are kept.

Answered from your own record (2026-09-08). Eleven readers went through every extracted note and the 228 transcribed recordings against these questions; three more merged their findings. Result: 41 questions answered by the record, 138 partly, 22 already done, 11 with a wrong premise, 37 with relevant context only, 114 with nothing. The HTML version of this document shows each record-derived answer with dated evidence under its question, a clearer rewording where the original leaned on report codes or jargon, a hint on what a complete answer looks like, and an input to write your own answer (saved in the browser, and to register-answers.json when opened through serve.py at /register). Data: sources/answers/register.json; raw per-slice findings in sources/answers/mined/.
Rules for using it. One question per sitting. Written answer or it did not happen. Date every answer. A question you skip three times gets moved to Tier 1 β because W3’s #60 is right: “Of these fifty-nine questions, which one did you skip? Start there.”
Curated 2026-09-09. Isaac asked for the register to be cut to what only he can answer. 241 questions are retired below (marked [retired: β¦]): the record already answers them (their answers are collected in ISAAC-RECORD-ANSWERS), or they were instruments, records chores, reading assignments, duplicates, or had a wrong premise. 9 questions were added (Q364+). When you are elevated, is your need for sleep actually reduced β do you feel genuinely rested after about four hours β or is it only your sleep time that drops while you stay tired?
original wordingDuring elevation, is your sleep need reduced β you feel rested on four hours β or merely your sleep time reduced, and you are tired?
A direct yes/no for your last two elevated stretches, with hours slept per night and how rested you felt each morning, from your own log or memory rather than inference.
Partly answeredconfidence: med
what the record says Β· evidence 4
The record repeatedly shows sleep time falling during elevation, but never shows Isaac feeling rested on it. On 2024-10-05, in the elevated Sept-Oct 2024 stretch, he told Azariah he had slept ‘like, four hours’ and noted this was abnormal because he normally sleeps ten; three days earlier, after the 30-hour LSD marathon, he said ‘I slept for 14 hours and I still wanted more,’ i.e. a rebound rather than a maintained low need. On 2025-07-10, after a deliberate all-nighter, he wrote that being sleep deprived switched off his self-doubt and let him make progress, but the same entry records a panic attack he attributed to sleep deprivation plus caffeine. In the mid-January 2026 elevated stretch he was explicitly tired rather than rested: on 2026-01-14 he told Ilya ‘But I’m really tired… But I’m just having these thoughts. Like… they’re so, like, fast.’ Three independent miners converge on the same reading, so the record leans toward reduced sleep time with fatigue, not reduced sleep need β but nobody has actually measured it.
VM: Libre 6 (PODCAST w PEOPLE)[Ilya:] Why are you not going to sleep in my euphoria? β¦ But I'm really tired, but, yeah. β¦ But I'm just having these thoughts. Like, I had this thought right now about, and they're so, like, fast.6:30
VM: Azariah podcast, starting and walking around at the park outside (PODCAST w PEOPLE)I slept, like, four hours. I sleep a lot, by the way. so far. very little for me. I sleep, like, 10 hours. Because I had this vision, bro, of the future.29:50
VM: Ilia. Steve Jobs. Media how to go viral. (PODCAST w PEOPLE)Dude, I slept for 14 hours and I still wanted more. I was like, fuck, I wanted like 16, 17.2:06
Notes: πJOURNALS/All nighter music day.I was sleep deprived so my thinky brain was off, and I wasn't self doubtingnote
All evidence is retrospective self-report in conversation, not a sleep log; the 2025-07 all-nighter was deliberate sleep restriction rather than spontaneous elevation, which muddies it. The 2025-08-11 Vipassana line (‘You won’t need as much sleep with meditation’) is a belief he recorded, not an observation. No prospective measurement exists.

what the record says Β· evidence 2
The sentence is real and dated. That is a trauma masking itself under spirituality and clinging to black and white ideology in order to protect yourself from hurt and rejection.’ In the same note he diagnosed her pattern more broadly β ‘Your solution has almost always been to retreat, and I see that behavior and mindset in more things, and it just doesn’t seem Godly to me’ β while conceding ‘nobody is perfect.’ The record shows he wrote it as an argument being sharpened for a confrontation, not as self-examination; no note anywhere turns it back on himself.

Both events are in the record and no clinician appears anywhere near them. On 2026-07-03, alone into a voice memo, Isaac said ‘Or rebuke any evil suicidal thoughts right now in the name of Jesus Christ, be gone from meβ¦ Suicidal spirit. I commend you to leave in the name of Jesus Christ’ β spoken in a string with fear, anxiety, depression and frustration, and told to nobody. In the same recording he said ‘They don’t talk about this in therapy. They don’t talk about this stuff, of how to do this. I just have to figure it out, you know, myself.’ The March 2026 episode went to a voice memo and to a text message to Jahn that went unanswered; in that recording he wrote that he should do therapy but could not ‘because… Christianity stuff.’ So as of the last dated entry the disclosure the question asks for had not happened.

You use sleep deprivation on purpose, because it produces the downloads. Are you willing to give it up for 30 days β a fixed sleep window, mood noted each day β and what are you afraid you would lose?

Premise contradictedconfidence: high
what the record says Β· evidence 5
The question treats the sleep deprivation as incidental; the record shows it is a deliberate, repeatedly chosen technique whose payoff Isaac has named β which is why stopping it is hard. As early as 2024-09-30 he said ‘I am pulling an all nighter, so I’m just… I’m just out and about… So I’m not gonna sleep tonight because I need to be focused. Same consciousness,’ and took a further psychedelic dose the same day to hold that state. In a 2024-12-08 download note he identified the cause of his ‘truth channeling’ as ‘Coffee, sleep deprivation,’ and in the same note instructed himself to always sleep. In 2025-04 he was already considering ‘sleeping only few hours’ as a monk-discipline practice; on 2025-07-10 he ran a deliberate all-nighter to make music because ‘I was sleep deprived so my thinky brain was off, and I wasn’t self doubtingβ¦ I made huge progress’ β and had a panic attack he attributed to sleep deprivation and caffeine. He also ranked ‘Being sleep deprived, yet caffeinated. All nighter’ as an 8 on his 2025-05-22 exposure-therapy fear ladder. By 2026-01-29 he was explicit that ‘the sleep deprived state reminds me of the shrooms. And also ofβ¦ the Jahn time, when I was, like, tripping without psychedelics.’ Meanwhile the schedule was actively wrecked by agreement (2025-12-12) and inverted (sleep 5:36am, wake 3pm, 2026-01-11). No fixed sleep window and no mood log appears anywhere in the record.

Six miners across 2024-2026 agree, with no conflict: the behaviour is intentional, instrumental and recurrent, and Isaac has already written down both its benefit and its cost. ‘Premise-wrong’ here means the framing understates it, not that the instruction is wrong. No 30-day log exists.

what the record says Β· evidence 5
The prospective test the question asks for has never been run, but Isaac has repeatedly run retrospective versions and they have come out on the side of physiology and conditioning. He has described the phenomenology himself: episodes begin as a spiral of doubt rather than a bodily event (‘It’s not like a type of fear where I just need to bite the bulletβ¦ it’s more like fighting a spiral’, 2025-04-21), are triggered by caffeine, esoteric conversation, motion sickness and Buddhist settings, and stop when he recites Bible verses. At Vipassana (2025-08-10/11) he logged an attack daily from Day 5 to Day 10 and recorded that recovery had shrunk from about two weeks to about an hour once he stopped resisting. On 2025-10-02 he ran a flooding exposure β ‘I yelled out loud 6 times for the demon in thailand to possess me againβ¦ It’s rational to conclude that demons dont exist. It’s just my own fears and christian conditioning.’ On 2025-09-14 he described the whole thing to Aaron as ‘panic disorder for, like, the past 6 monthsβ¦ I was thinking at the middle of the night that demons were attacking me,’ treated with four therapists, EMDR, IFS and CBT. On 2026-01-30 an episode peaked in therapy and was broken by an IFS reframe, not by prayer. Against that, the 2024 episodes were read purely as attack (a spirit ‘entered the house’ on 2024-10-11; possession beaten ‘To Christ’ on 2024-10-20) β both while intoxicated β and by 2026-05-12 a deliverance minister had him praying daily against ‘anxiety, stress, fear’ while he was simultaneously telling clients on 2026-02-16 that he ‘been suffering with panic disorderβ¦ it’s been getting much worse.’ Both frames have run side by side without ever being scored against each other.

The conflict is inside Isaac, not between miners: the 2025 material (Vipassana, the demon-flooding exposure, therapy) reaches a naturalistic verdict, while the 2024 and 2026 material reads the same states as spiritual attack. Two of the strongest ‘attack’ episodes (2024-10-11, 2024-10-20) occurred on LSD or mushrooms, a third possibility the question’s two-way frame omits. No prospective, pre-registered scoring exists.

Partly done, and Isaac himself flagged the missing half. The LLC exists: his own ‘Return to Eden LLC β Project Brief’ note (created 2026-04-28, last modified 2026-05-12) records the South Carolina formation date of 2026-04-27, the filing ID, the EIN, and ‘Members: Isaac Kim, Jahn Lemieux (currently 2 on docs)’ with a default multi-member-partnership tax classification β exactly the default-partnership situation the question warns about. In the same note he wrote his own warning: ‘β οΈ Operating Agreement needs to be filled in and signed by all members (currently template; ownership %, capital contributions, Chief Executive Member, signatures all blank).’ So as of 2026-05-12 the entity was formed and the agreement was still an unfilled template. Separately, on 2026-05-06 he wrote that he was ‘fine with 0 percent,’ asking only for a house in his family’s name and a grocery stipend if the ministry succeeded, and conceding ‘it feels a bit strange that all my work will be going under another man’s name, but that’s what a servant’s heart is’ β an informal servant role rather than anything documented.

On the record, the demonstration motive is better documented than the greed-freedom motive. Isaac’s own self-reminder of 2026-05-20 justified 0% almost entirely by what it would prove to others: ‘If I have 0%, that means I can tell. It means that everybody trusts what I’m doing. There’s no doubt in anybody’s mind that I’m here for the money,’ and ‘I know that that level of ascend is moving on Jan and his mom and all their hearts to see that.’ The greed framing is also his and is dated earlier β on 2026-04-26 he wrote ‘God told me to go all in with everything. And he wanted to deliver me from the spirit of greed and selfishnessβ¦ SCREW MONEY. SCREW GREED’ β but in the later recordings it appears as an effect of the demonstration rather than its motive. Two further readings are his own: on 2026-05-31 he said the 0% was ‘for the time being,’ that he wanted no one’s opinions in his head, and that he intended to take a percentage within a couple of months so things would be ‘tight on paper’ β and that 50/50 would make it a partnership, whereas he wanted it to stay Jahn’s thing so he could later start his own with full authority. And on 2026-08-18 he named a self-interested reason for wanting a share at all: ‘I feel like it’s too overwhelming to navigate that solution political landscape, so I’d rather my assets be safe and to have a title to get things done.’ On 2026-08-08 he wrote ‘Don’t let equity, or selfish ambition drive you away.’

Four miners agree on the trajectory; none contradict. Two 50/50 offers are confirmed β Jahn proposed it on 2026-04-29 and again around 2026-05-20 (‘Jan still was like, I still want you to be on it. But I was like, no, I’m going to do zero’). One correction to the register: the 0% decision is dated 2026-05-20, not 2026-08-08. He also recorded on 2026-05-31 that everyone he told reacted badly and he treated that as noise.

The record shows Isaac can state the unconditional case but has never described experiencing it. On 2026-03-01, debriefing a fast, he said ‘I am fearfully, fearfully and wonderfully made by God, and he loves me, and he accepts me, because he designed me like this’ β but in the same breath the self God supposedly designed is defined entirely by output: ‘the Isaac that God designed is having worship circlesβ¦ he has limitless creativity, limitless passion, like, holy crap, we could be making AI technology. We could be making VR games.’ The worth-equals-production belief is named explicitly and traced to childhood ostracism a year earlier: on 2025-04-15 he wrote ‘the only way for me to find my place or feel valuable was to be really good at something. My inner value was determined by what I did.’ Being loved at zero output is affirmed in principle in the record and nowhere described in practice.

The record shows Isaac can give a non-deliverance account of Christ, and that it is built on shared abandonment rather than on scripture. On 2024-10-05, talking to Azariah, he said ‘He came down to understand, and he came down to suffer… He was abandoned by his father. He was tortured alive… And yet he went through, and he suffered’ β and immediately flagged its provenance: ‘I don’t know if this is true, by the way. is my conception. I know if it’s in the Bible. don’t know. But this is what I chatted with God about, so I trust this one.’ Against that, his longest theological exposition β forty minutes on 2024-08-28 covering hell, heaven, fundamentalism, metaphor and free will β mentions Jesus only once, and only as the agent of the second coming in a fundamentalist reading he is describing rather than endorsing; his spoken prayer of 2024-09-02 is addressed to ‘Lord’ and asks for angelic protection. No Gospel content appears in the slices at all.

The record shows the belief moving, and moving on the strength of other people. The clearest unwatched statement is from 2025-05-19, before Jahn: ‘I’m not sure if I have any solid proof of God’s existenceβ¦ I never really had a spiritual experience that was undeniable like other Christians claim.’ By 2026-03-30 the position had shifted, and the shift was vicarious β after watching Jahn shake and scream under prayer he wrote ‘I got prayed over but didn’t feel much. But my faith really increased by seeing Jahn get touched by God like that.’ Isaac himself put a version of this question to himself on 2026-02-01, about Ilya rather than Jahn: ‘what if someone just asked me, why? for something that I believe, that you would just be like, oh, yeah, that’s obviousβ¦ Because we just kind of agree that.’ He concluded there was value in being around people who think 180 degrees differently, then immediately said ‘I want to surround myself with more people like that, but I get anxious really easily. No outcome log exists anywhere in the record β the words are preserved, the results never are. Isaac wrote up ‘Louie prayer prophetic’ on 2026-04-06 (‘The music itself instrumental will set people free just by listening to it, it will convict them’) and an elderly woman’s prophecy on 2026-05-06 (‘I forgot most of it unfortunately. But she said that I’ve always been standing in the back. But God is about to take me to the front lines’) β with no column for whether either came true, and with the forgetting already visible in the second. Older words are unfulfilled outright: on 2024-11-23 his father predicted that moving to America, with a couple of months at Moravian Falls with Anna Rountree, would resolve his hunger for the spirit realm and heal his physical ailments β ‘hopefully once you transition, all these physical ailments will also, yeah, disappear. Heal up.’ He never went. His own predictions are the most scorable: between 2024-10-04 and 2024-10-08 he said ‘We are gonna be millionaires in two months. She will convert in three months,’ that Korea would legalise medical psychedelics within four years, and ‘It’s already happened. I saw it. I saw all the future.’ None came true. He has the falsifying instinct β and the forgetting problem that defeats it: on 2025-04-30 he wrote ‘It’s crazy how much you can forget. I even forgot about the Chandler documentary, the ai apps, and all.’

Six miners across 2021-2026 agree with no conflict. Film/music recurs most often across the whole span, which is the closest thing to a stable answer the record offers β but the question asks for a commitment, and no commitment in the record has survived a month.
What is ‘enough’ for you β in dollars per month, and by what date do you expect to have it?
original wordingWhat is “enough” β in dollars per month, and by what date?
One number and one date, written down, plus what you will stop doing once you hit it.
Partly answeredconfidence: med
what the record says Β· evidence 5
Numbers exist; a threshold with a date does not. The one written budget is small and old: a pinned ‘Budget’ note (since 2024-09-17, last modified 2025-08-24) says ‘1000 USD max or 680 minimum’; a 2025-04-08 back-of-envelope gave rent and utilities 600-800, food 200, gas 50-100, and he dismissed the exercise mid-calculation. His stated targets are much larger and keep moving: on 2025-06-17 ‘5000 to 10,000 a month’; on 2025-12-02 ‘I’m still making 10 K a month, which is so fucking wild… I think a $1000000 would take care of literally everything financially’; on 2025-12-10 he told Ilya ‘we have to be making at least 70K each to even survive’ in San Francisco. Actual income is documented: $13,440 for 2025-12, an agency running at roughly $8k/month, 5-10k/month in 2026-02 (‘But it’s soul crushing work’), and about 3.4k/month passive after the giveaway (2026-04-26). The clearest moment is 2025-12-12, when he recalled wishing Astranote made $10,000 a month so he could give the rest of his time to art and then stopped: ‘And now I’m like, wait a second. I already have that.’ He has cleared every ‘enough’ number he ever named and never treated any of them as enough.

Eight miners, all ‘partial’, none conflicting on substance but citing figures that range from $680/month to $70k/year to $1M β because they are different kinds of number (personal budget ceiling, survival threshold for San Francisco, gross agency revenue, lifetime coast figure). None has a date attached, which is the half of the question that is entirely unanswered. The $8k figure is Ilya’s, unchallenged by Isaac.

what the record says Β· evidence 5
The record contains many happy days and almost none of them are untriggered β which supports the question’s premise rather than answering it. Every high has a named cause: a caffeinated Past Authoring sprint (2025-04-22, ‘I had an absolute blast today. Today was a total win’); an open-mic night that ‘healed’ his mindset (2025-07-21); three days of not working (2025-11-22); a three-hour Avatar screening (2026-01-09, ‘I feel likeβ¦ A little bit manic right now, and it feels awesome’); getting drunk, talking to girls and therapy (2026-01-14); an IFS session (2026-01-16); a thirty-hour LSD walk (2024-09-30); and an LSD night in Sadang-dong (2024-11-21, ‘Nah, I like life like this. This is better’). The two closest to unforced are 2025-10-12, waking from anxious dreams β ‘I remember thinking that it’s very rare but waking up to reality was actually better than the dream’ β and a walk in Fort Mill on 2026-02-11 where cut grass and sea smells produced plain delight. The one sustained period he names as unforced wellbeing is around 2019, described in 2021 as unrepeatable: ‘I truly felt comfortable with myself. Several of the clearest ‘happy’ passages are on LSD or mushrooms, which the question’s frame does not accommodate.

what the record says Β· evidence 4
The record does not say whether Isaac ever filed, but it shows he had an accountant’s name and was actively researching how to avoid leaving a filing trail. His tax note of 2025-10-03 lists ‘Kristen Wilkinson CPA’ alongside offshore accounts, Wise, crypto, and ‘multiple unverified paypal accountsβ¦ around 4000 each with withdraw limit’, accessed under Tor with Proton emails. It records the reason for the payment method: ‘If you do wire transfer, it doesnt cause a 1099 and therefore no cp2000.’ He also considered ‘try to make domicile in texas to avoid state taxes.’ Against that, documented income for 2025 alone runs to roughly $13,440 in December and an agency at about $8k/month, so the exposure is not trivial.

Mom relented and let me go hug him.’ She then apologised and promised him a laptop as recompense. His father corroborated that an airport meeting happened β on 2024-09-20 he referred in passing to ‘The place that we met, last time, that airportβ¦ Yeah, very nice’ β but gave no account of it. A separate consequence of the India period is on record from 2024-09-25: ‘my passport’s blacklisted… Apparently I’m a child sex trafficker. No rated sentence exists, but the belief and its history are well documented and it has already partly collapsed. The structural version is clearest on 2024-09-25: ‘I’ve seen all the doctors, MRI. I took MRIs, I took X rays and everything. Physical therapy, chiropractors… They say that nothing’s wrong. I should just stretch. It’s just… Such BS.’ On 2025-07-15 the same picture with a next step: ‘MRI, Xrays show nothing. Tried everything from PT, yoga, acupuncture, massage, exercise, ergonomics, postureβ¦ Get steroid injection scheduled.’ Earlier he framed it mechanically β long hours at a computer since arriving in Korea about four years earlier (2024-09-20), forward neck and anterior pelvic tilt (2023-07-22). But he has argued against himself repeatedly: on 2025-04-08, ‘I remember coming up with a conclusion once in Korea that the real blockage is mental or spiritual, not back pain… It’s more when things are quiet, helpless, and directionless, that I tend to point at these things like health issues as big blocks’; in the 2025-08-11 Vipassana journal he treated the back pain and eczema as aversion loops; on 2026-01-06 he read a psychosomatic back-pain book and wrote ‘FINALLY A CURE!!!!’; and on 2026-02-23, ‘It’s kind of weird that my back’s been hurt in the past two days, but I’ve been doing pretty good mentally… Maybe it’s about the music.’ The strongest disconfirming datum is his own: in the 2025-11-13 Lakhia intake, ‘I did a 10 day meditation retreat sitting for 10 hours a day, and the first 5 days were excrutiating but day 7-10 no pain and no need to stretch.’

what the record says Β· evidence 5
The record confirms the pattern in detail and supplies almost nothing on the other side. Through October 2024 Isaac repeatedly called Ilya his witness β ‘the professional chief witness officer’ β and cited Ilya having seen the before and after as proof. The 2024-08-26 love-versus-unlove framework was built out loud with Ilya, with Isaac pressing him to confirm he felt it too; the 2024-09-02 ‘I’ve seen outside of the cave’ conversion was likewise built inside Ilya’s explanation; and on 2024-11-23 Isaac said the deliverance from the spirit of abandonment happened at the third meeting with his father, with Ilya present. The Jahn conversion arrived inside the relationship on day one: on 2026-02-12, after six or seven hours of conversation and a near-panic attack when Jahn called psychedelics deception, he said ‘I’m ready to go all in.’ Two April 2025 state-changes followed the same shape, after reassurance calls with Ilya and with Greg Wave. Isaac has raised the problem himself β on 2026-02-01 he asked how much of his shared reality with Ilya was ‘echo chambingβ¦ reinforcing each other’s realities’. The closest thing to a belief formed alone is the anti-dogmatic position of 2026-02-26, reached while explicitly noting that his friends were ‘just deep in one’ denomination.

A truce, on the evidence. Isaac produced the formulation on 2024-09-03 as a way of closing a loop he could not settle, and in the same recording said that whenever he felt attraction to a man the feeling collapsed the moment he tried to imagine kissing them. It did not settle it: on 2024-09-30 he was still asking Ilya the question aloud and describing it echoing in a thought loop, and on 2024-10-20 he was asserting his heterosexuality unprompted mid-trip. By 2026-08-14 he had moved the whole cluster to a different frame β his ‘peculiarities’ as possible autism rather than as a spectrum position β and in the same note rejected the demon-possession explanation as the church’s habitual blanket label.

One inherited belief is visible in operation rather than stated. On 2024-08-31 Isaac described treating Jane’s declared intention never to have sex as a challenge to be overcome β ‘I’m gonna prove her wrong. I’m gonna work out so hard. I’m gonna be so super macho, try to change her mind about it. And eventually she did’ β and traced the motive to resentment and loneliness rather than desire. He also recorded, and accepted as valid, her framing that as a Christian her virginity was a once-only, irreversible sacrifice, and conceded ‘there’s some small truth’ to her feeling that he had manipulated her. Separately he had recorded a repentance prayer on 2024-11-24: ‘I repent for having sex. Premarital. I repent for taking Jane’s virginity.’

One miner (M08). Two inherited beliefs are actually in play and neither is examined anywhere: that a woman’s stated ‘no’ to sex is a position to be won round, and that virginity is a transferable, once-only good. The 2024-11-24 repentance prayer (from question 186’s evidence) shows the second belief still operating.

The record has no such sentence. What it has is marriage treated as assumed rather than chosen, and mostly felt as a deficit. A 2025-03-30 dream about an arranged marriage prompted Isaac to write that he felt lower for not having found a partner he desired, that he was the only unmarried man among a friend’s married friends, and that he would date again ‘when I get over these regretful thoughts of Jane. When I’m more socially developed’ and able to afford dates β a conditional, not a want.

The record shows both, five weeks apart, in the same community. On 2026-06-14, after the camping night, Isaac recorded the one experience that reads as belonging: his thoughts of disunity, suspicion and ambition disappeared, he shared his testimony for the first time, the group held him physically because they knew his love language was touch, and he wrote ‘I really finally feel connected to these people as a community, as a family, as one body in Christ.’ By 2026-07-22 the fit had broken over who got a room in the house, and his conclusion was defensive and solitary: ‘the ultimate solution is to move my secret place to the car. That way no one can move me out of that.’ The wider pattern in the archive is fitting in β see question 144, where he catalogues obligated laughter and attentive listening to people who bore him, and the protectors that keep frustration silent because ‘people will basically abandon us’.

The record confirms the setup but not the audit. Isaac’s own testimony is written into the campaign as a donation driver: the 2026-06-30 ‘Fan the flame of revival in Charlotte’ draft β a page written in Jahn’s first person β carries a testimonial attributed to Isaac Kim about leaving everything and giving his entire life savings, and the separate ‘House gofundme’ plan lists him as a named testimonial with the same claim. He wrote both files himself. On 2026-08-20 he drafted the GoFundMe sections around the compound vision, and on 2026-08-27 planned to ‘film a short testimony video of it, voice over. the gofundme page.’ The scruples were in the file: the same 2026-08-27 note contains pasted AI advice warning explicitly against implying tax deductibility while operating as an LLC and against selling access, and he kept it. Whether he ever applied that standard to his own testimony is not recorded anywhere.
Notes: Return to Eden 33/Fan the flame of revival in CharlotteWe hadn't spoken in almost a decade, but Jahn called me when I was in Eastern Europe and I felt the Holy Spirit speak to me. I left everything behind and gave my entire life savings to help advance the Kingdom of Heaven. - Isaac Kimnote

Two miners. The structural fact worth flagging: the page is drafted in Jahn’s first person but written by Isaac, and Isaac’s own sacrifice is quoted inside it as social proof β which is exactly the arrangement he would scrutinise in a stranger’s campaign. The long partner-deck note of 2026-08-27 is largely pasted AI advice, not his words, and is excluded from the evidence above except for his own framing line.

Isaac has run a version of the inversion informally and named two mechanisms. The first is over-optimisation standing in for making: on 2026-02-11, ‘I have to be careful about over optimizing the space because that’s, again, what the trap, one of the traps is, is that I just spend time optimizing rather than doing’ β the same manager-part activity (gear buying, room rearranging, note-system redesign) he identifies at question 230. The second is the motivation cycle itself: on 2026-07-01, ‘I don’t want to be going in a loop because I’ve had this type of motivation before. It always ends in depression and low self-esteem and frustration’ β high motivation driven by external validation rather than internal practice, which reliably collapses. He was doing both at the time of writing.

The candidates: a dialogue-free feature built from a phone photo gallery, zooming into ordinary images that open into consciousness-landscapes of different Isaacs including the suicidal and self-harming ones, resolving into a voice memo saying everything will be okay (2024-10-18, references Up and Searching); a man in an electric chair wired to an EEG who is shocked for every thought, learns the line where awareness becomes thought, and escapes using pre-thoughts β which he noted must be told entirely visually because the thoughts are pre-verbal (2026-01-14); a world where every person is the same character whose small decisions placed them in radically different lives, each with a philosophy justifying where they landed (2026-02-20); and the Yosemite pair of 2026-08-08, a Return to Eden short of trees growing out of discarded phones, and teenagers walled in a white futuristic prison planning their escape.

Isaac has run the fruit argument in every direction without ever applying the test the question asks. On 2024-10-03 he offered himself as the evidence to his aunt β ‘Isaac before? Isaac after. Totally different’ β with psychedelics as the cause, and on 2024-10-05 offered Ilya the same proof structure. On 2024-05-04 the beneficiary was Diamond Way Buddhism. By September 2025 he had explicitly rejected fruit-based reasoning, writing that there are truths in every religion and that different systems suit different circumstances, and that Christianity’s problem is that it uses cognitive tricks to keep you enclosed. Then on 2026-02-26 he used the fruit argument for Christianity β ‘ive seen the change in jahn, evan, colemanβ¦ i haven’t seen that type of spirit in any other religion’ β and on 2026-04-03 wrote it out as a standing reminder. On 2026-03-01 he waived the truth question outright: ‘I don’t even care if it’s delusional thinking. Like, I’m gonna reap the fruits of that.’

He does not, and the record shows the position hardening. Through 2025 doubt was classed as an attack: on 2025-04-15 he wrote that he should treat these feelings as doubts and outside influences and fight them spiritually with truth as he had in Thailand. The one softening is 2025-04-30, where he wondered whether avoiding the esoteric was itself feeding the fear and whether it was even possible to untangle the conditioning Christianity had had on him, and on 2025-05-19 he sat with it openly, writing that he was not sure he had any solid proof of God’s existence. By April 2026 doubt was again something to be removed rather than held: when he began wondering whether Jahn and his mother were witches, he went to the Bible and asked God to remove doubt and confusion, and the doubt ended that evening.
Notes: πJOURNALS/Havenβt journaled in the past 3 days. The other day I thought that I should fight these feelings and treat them as doubts and outside influences. So I should fight them spiritually with truth like I did in Thailand.note

Both answers are in the record within four months of each other, and the switch tracks whether the community was serving the mission. On 2026-03-06, three weeks into the group, he wrote of heavy loneliness inside it, that he would be ‘bibled out’ if he spoke honestly, that people clamour to be heard rather than connect, and that he stayed because ‘if this works, it’s going to be a shortcut to all of my dreams.’ On 2026-04-26 he and Jahn decided to withdraw from the group back to just the two of them because ‘the religious stuff was starting to pull at our oil.’ On 2026-06-14, after the camping night, he loved the actual community β he felt their arms around him, called the earlier suspicion ‘absolute hogwash’, and wrote that there is huge healing in community. Then on 2026-07-22, when the same community gave away his creative room to Gizelle, he wrote that he had not made his sacrifices so people could have a nice place to live but ‘for the mission, the creativity’, and admitted he could only empathise with people he already resembled.

In the one documented instance inside the group, on 2026-03-08, the answer is nobody: after the group’s teaching had ruled out his fallbacks (MDMA therapy, psychedelics, ordinary therapy), the crash left him with an unanswered text to Jahn, and he registered the gap explicitly β ‘they said, don’t take MDMA. Two unsayable things are documented. The first is wanting a share: raising it cost several days of group paralysis, which he blamed on himself β ‘we’ve lost several days because of this stuffβ¦ a lot of it because of me’ β and he resolved it by removing the question entirely and taking nothing. The second is that the group does not value his creative work. On 2026-07-22, after his creative room was given away without asking, he composed a long argument he has no record of delivering β ‘when you’re giving away that space without asking shows me that you do not prioritize that’ β and then resolved the conflict privately by moving his secret place to the car. The expectation of cost is stated directly: on 2026-03-09 he wrote that Jahn ‘wouldn’t understand. He would just stay bible thumping me. And saying that im being attacked by an evil spirit.’ He did surface one thing, on 2026-05-20 β that members were talking behind each other’s backs.

On 2023-11-19, drunk on a Han River bridge, it was America and his family: ‘I’m fucking tired, and I want to go homeβ¦ There’s so much waiting for you back home.’ On 2024-09-20 he told his father that learning there was a house with a room kept for him had settled something after decades of moving. Ten days later the opposite: ‘Where do I want to go? Home? I don’t want to go home. What’s at home for me?’ β and ‘I have to be okay with being homeless.’ By 2025-09-14 he had adopted a criterion under argument from Aaron, that it is never about location, having tested the alternative by moving to South Carolina for nine months and finding nothing changed. On 2025-11-05, living with his mother and sister in the first place they had owned together, he wrote that he finally felt settled down β and in the same breath that he still craves movement and is uncomfortable staying anywhere too long. On 2026-02-11 he defined home functionally as ‘a home base, you know, where I rest and I contemplate’ and decided to build one in the Fort Mill house even though he expected to be mostly away β while recording that returning to that house immediately produced a depressive, sluggish feeling and near-panic at bedtime. By 2026-04-04 home was mobile β ‘Getting an RV and going across the countryβ¦ That’s heaven to me’ β and by 2026-08-12 he was floating homelessness as freedom.
VM: Meeting dad (SELF MEMOS)it's just great to finally know that there's a home, after traveling for decades now⦠they said that they have a room there, waiting for me. There's a big part of my head that's kind of at peace now29:06
Notes: Archives/Biography/Extra info summaryItβs the first time weβve owned a place together and I finally feel like iβve settled down. But I still crave movement and I feel uncomfortable being in once place for too long.note
VM: [996] back in charlotte, anxious about slipping back into depression (SELF MEMOS)I need a home base, you know, wire rest and I contemplate... no matter what, I should have a home base.5:28
Notes: Notes/It is good to stay outside in nature. With God in solitude but beautyβ¦Getting an RV and going across the country. In nature. With a piano, starlink, and MacBook. That's heaven to me.note
VM: Met French uni guy (PODCAST w PEOPLE)Where do I want to go, man? Where I want to go? Home? I don't want to go home. What's at home for me?14:30
Seven miners and a genuine oscillation rather than a conflict: every time a home materialises he records both settling and the urge to leave, often in the same entry. The 2026-06-14 counter-image β the closest thing to home being a wet tent full of people holding him β supports the people-not-place criterion he adopted from Aaron.

R. Decision rules and state 4

Write the state gate as a rule: no decision about money, equity, moving, or a public commitment within 14 days of a fast, a download, a deliverance, a film, or a night under six hours β and every such decision said aloud to one named person first. Who is that person, and have you asked them?
original wordingWrite the state gate: no decision involving money, equity, relocation, or a public commitment within 14 days of a fast, a download, a deliverance, a film, or fewer than six hours’ sleep β and every such decision spoken to one named person before execution.
The rule written down in one paragraph, with the named person filled in, kept where you will see it before the next decision.

No such rule exists in writing, but the record shows he already recognises the category. On 2026-01-29 he named a deliberate all-nighter on caffeine as ‘an altered state’ and said ‘I need to get permission from anxiety’ before entering it. The gate has also been applied to him from outside more than once: Ilya proposed a one-week wait on the quit-the-job decision in 2024, and a three-day think on another (see 330).
VM: Chaisubani Street 8 (PODCAST w PEOPLE)I'm feeling a little bit of anxiety. About the idea of staying up all night and drinking caffeine and stuff. Because it's an altered state.16:34

One miner. The evidence for why the gate is needed is in 327 and 330; the named person it requires does not exist anywhere in the record (see 329, 340).

Write your green, amber and red state descriptions in your own words, specific enough that someone else could tell which one you are in.

Three short paragraphs of observable signs β what you say, how you move, what you stop doing β not internal feelings only you can check.

He has written recognisable red and green descriptions, though never as a graded scale. Red, in his own words: ‘I hate myself. I feel deep shame. I feel untalented. I feel my life has gone to waste… I can barely get myself to open up this notepad and write’ (2025-04-11); a perceived lack of options and nothing being exciting; tunnel vision plus chest pain and the sense that everything is stale (2026-07-02); and at its worst, compared to his first bad mushroom trip β ‘Holding my head because of how much darkness I was carryingβ¦ no love. No, hope’ (2026-03-09). He named the cognitive signature on 2025-12-02: ‘It’s like a narrowing of everything and you’re creating this whole reality in your head that just doesn’t exist.’ Amber is described on 2026-02-11: sluggishness on returning to a familiar room, difficulty sleeping, near-panic at bedtime, and the pull toward optimising instead of doing. Green, on 2025-04-22: hope, direction, single-minded focus and ‘this weird burning fuel in me to just do something. Like anything.’
Notes: πJOURNALS/Today is a hard day. One of the hardest days in a long while.I hate myself. I feel deep shame. I feel untalented. I feel my life has gone to waste... I can barely get myself to open up this notepad and write. This must be depression.note
VM: [924] Vineview stress and a new hope (SELF MEMOS)This is what depression is. This is what anxiety is. It's like a narrowing of everything and you're creating this whole reality in your head that just doesn't exist11:23

VM: Frustrated. Creativity ain't flowing (SELF MEMOS)this emotion tunnel visions me, this frustration, this depression, tunnel, and it was just happening to me right here as I was sitting outside.6:05
Three miners agree on the content. The descriptions are almost entirely internal β the compilation exists but the outside-observable version the question asks for, so another person could call it, does not.

A script exists but it is not his and he is not shown using it. On 2026-01-13, unable to leave a conversation he did not want to be in, Isaac tested the objections and Ilya offered his own line: ‘I say sometimes that my social battery is low. I run and go take a walk’ β adding that no one had ever failed to understand it. Isaac said ‘That’s a good one’ twice. What the record shows him actually writing is refusals aimed at himself rather than at other people: the 2024-11-21 anti-habit list β no weed, no pornography, no video games, no nicotine, no processed food β written all at once, which Ilya warned would fail without a fixed review cadence.
VM: Stopped by Revolution (PODCAST w PEOPLE)[Ilya:] I say sometimes that my social battery is low. I, I run and go take a walk. β¦ I never had a situation when they wouldn't understand63:06
VM: Stopped by Revolution (PODCAST w PEOPLE)Oh, so you say that, my social batteries. β¦ Interesting. Interesting. That's a good one.63:19
VM: Sadang-dong 76 (PODCAST w PEOPLE)I made too many. I was like, no weed, no pornography, no video games, no nicotine, no product screen. All at once.32:01
The finding is the asymmetry: he writes refusals to himself fluently and has never written one addressed to another person. The one line he was given, eight months before the record ends, he called good and did not adopt.

319 Read Cathy Park Hong on minor feelings and Michelle Zauner on grief and food β both on Korean-American interiority. β reading assignment β belongs on the reading list (Β§10)
320 What language do you think in, and what language do you pray in? β answered by the record β see ISAAC-RECORD-ANSWERS

323 Would you live in Korea? Under what conditions? β answered by the record β see ISAAC-RECORD-ANSWERS
324 Read about jeong (μ ) β the Korean bond of accumulated attachment that makes separation feel like a moral wrong. What does it explain about why leaving the group would feel like betrayal? β reading assignment β belongs on the reading list (Β§10)
325 Your nunchi β the trained Korean sensitivity to what everyone in the room is feeling β is it a gift, an exhaustion, or both? Can you turn it off? β answered by the record β see ISAAC-RECORD-ANSWERS
326 If all but one were taken from you β artist, engineer, believer, son, Korean β which would survive? β answered by the record β see ISAAC-RECORD-ANSWERS
327 For each of your last ten significant decisions, what state were you in? Record hours slept, days since a fast, days since a ‘download’, and days since a deliverance. β answered by the record β see ISAAC-RECORD-ANSWERS
329 Who is the named person in the state gate (question 328) β the one you must speak a money, equity, relocation or public-commitment decision to before acting β and have you asked them? β duplicate of Q328
330 You quoted a principle and never made it a rule: ‘If it’s true during the experience, it will be true a month later.’ Turn it into a 30-day quarantine on acting on downloads. β duplicate of Q328
331 Your journaling frequency tracks your mental health. Set the thresholds: how many days without an entry counts as amber, and how many as red? β duplicate of Q333
332 How many career reversals inside one week should count as a red flag for you? Fit the number to your own history. β answered by the record β see ISAAC-RECORD-ANSWERS
334 Write the exact escalation ladder for a red day: who you contact, in what order, with what phone numbers. β duplicate of Q28
335 You invented the ‘if X then Y’ rule format on 2024-11-20 for porn and nicotine, and never wrote one for the thing that could kill you. What is the if-then for midnight when the piano does not work? β duplicate of Q28
336 On 2026-07-02 randomness and a handstand worked; on 2026-07-03 the piano at volume worked. Put those into a lookup table of what to do when stuck. β duplicate of Q28
338 The moment you want to switch to a different instrument or medium is the session worth keeping. What rule would make you stay in it? β not important enough β second pass 2026-09-09
339 For each project you have open, what is the kill criterion β the specific state and the date at which you stop? (Annie Duke: decide the quitting condition while you still can think clearly.) β duplicate of Q36
340 Who is your quitting coach β the person you authorise to tell you to stop? β asks someone other than Mom, Rebecca or Ilya β removed 2026-09-09 second pass
341 Monkeys and pedestals (Astro Teller: train the monkey to recite Shakespeare before you build the pedestal it stands on). For each project, what is the hard uncertain part β and are you building the easy part instead? β answered by the record β see ISAAC-RECORD-ANSWERS
343 Start the anti-document: a page kept forever, listing things you said about yourself that turned out to be false. Seed it with ‘I’m the confident type’, ‘psychedelics ended’, ‘I have given up becoming a famous musician’, and INFP. β duplicate of the workbook
344 Start Drucker’s feedback analysis: whenever you make a significant decision, write down what you expect to happen, then compare it to what actually happened nine months later. β duplicate of the workbook
345 Adopt a precedence rule for conflicting sources β contemporaneous recording beats contemporaneous note beats retrospective note beats another person’s account beats inference β and apply it. β answered by the record β see ISAAC-RECORD-ANSWERS
346 Name the one therapist you will stay with for two years, and book the first appointment. (This came from an AI’s recommendation list, so test whether it is right for you rather than obeying it.) β premise contradicted by the record
347 Book the psychiatric evaluation. β removed 2026-09-09 at Isaac's request β no testing or medication framing, no 'is Jahn a prophet' framing
348 Order the labs. β instrument / medical β parked; no testing planned

367 There is something from when you were twenty that the record only touches and this document will not repeat. It belongs with a therapist, not a tape. Who will you tell, and when? You do not have to write it here. β asks someone other than Mom, Rebecca or Ilya β removed 2026-09-09 second pass
368 What are you sad about that you have never let be sadness β not a lesson, not a sign, not fuel? Name it and stay with it for ten minutes before writing anything. β duplicate of the workbook

372 Name the decision each of these made for you in the last two years: sunk cost (‘I’ve put too much in to stop’), the newest guru’s halo, and believing the elevated self is the real one. One decision per bias, with a date. β not important enough β second pass 2026-09-09
9. WHAT THE NEXT DOSSIER MUST ADD STRUCTURALLY
D1βD12 from the spine. Where the nine reports already contain the content, a draft line is given β meaning this is a formatting failure, not a research failure.
D1 β One-page operating manual. What it is: one page, no history, no diagnosis: states, triggers, moves. Evidence needed: none. A draft now exists β ISAAC-PODCAST-DOSSIER Β§19, written from your own inventions.Feeds from: Β§8 Q333, 337β338. Ordering rule (W1 Β§4.8): the part needed in crisis goes first β because the manual will be read on the worst day, not the best. Your own stated design constraint, 2024-11-21: “This dossier should be as frictionless as possible.”
D2 β State model + decision rules. What it is: the largest structural hole in both documents. Evidence needed: none. Feeds from: Β§8 Q327β330. Draft rule:No decision involving money, equity, relocation, or a public commitment is executed within 14 days of a fast, a download, a deliverance, a film, or a night under six hours of sleep β and every such decision is spoken to one named person before execution. You already invented the principle and never made it a rule: “If it’s true during the experience, it will be true a month later.”
D3 β Early-warning signatures with thresholds. What it is: numbers, not predictors. A predictor without a threshold is a eulogy.Evidence needed: none β the corpus has dated note frequency and dated crash dates, so the thresholds can be fitted to your own history. Nobody has done that arithmetic. Feeds from: Β§8 Q27, 331β333. Draft signature list: seven consecutive days without a journal entry = amber; fourteen = red, call Rebecca. Two career reversals inside a week = red. Any new download plus a fast plus <6 h sleep = stop, no decisions, 14 days. Caffeine returning after a no-coffee period = amber. Contact-hours below 3/week = amber. Grievance converting to self-blame inside one paragraph = amber. Eczema and back pain rising together = amber.
D4 β Relapse-prevention and safety plan. What it is: the gravest omission β nine dated suicidality events and no plan. Evidence needed: your own 2026-07-02/03 sequence, minute by minute, from the recordings, to locate the actual decision points. Feeds from: Β§8 Q11, 28, 311, 334β336, 357. Stanley-Brown skeleton, six steps: (1) warning signs in your words; (2) internal coping you can do alone β the handstand, the randomness, the piano at volume, all documented as working; (3) people and places that distract; (4) people to ask for help, with numbers; (5) professionals and agencies, with numbers, plus 988; (6) making the environment safe. Add Marlatt’s relapse-prevention frame and, specifically, the Abstinence Violation Effect β the rule that one lapse is data, not a verdict, which is the exact place your record converts a slip into self-pathology inside a paragraph. WRAP’s six sections give the longer-form version.
D5 β Playbooks. What it is: situational, not aspirational. Both dossiers’ action lists require initiation under low affect, which is the exact deficit the same documents identify. Evidence needed: none β every move below is already in the corpus. Feeds from: Β§8 Q336β338. Draft:When a download arrives β write it, date it, do nothing for 30 days. When frustrated mid-practice β handstand or randomness (worked 2026-07-02). When depressed at night β piano at volume (worked 2026-07-03). When someone offers a vision β 14-day gate, one named person. When asked for money β the rule from Β§8 Q300, written in advance. When a prophet speaks β log it: word, date, prediction, outcome. When lonely at midnight β contact-hours are a physical variable; call the person, do not analyse the loneliness. When you want to switch modality β that is the session to keep. When a demand you can’t refuse arrives β the scripted plain no.
D6 β Strengths deployment. What it is: strengths routed to weekly slots by name, not listed as compliments. Evidence: two capabilities are load-bearing and unexploited β you are excellent in other people’s crises (the Bangkok sit, the trip-sitting protocol, the Socratic teaching method), and constraints plus company reliably unblock you (Tbilisi; four music rounds in days). Feeds from: Β§8 Q245β246.
D7 β Values hierarchy and anti-values.What it is: five values force-ranked, each with a dated instance of a real cost paid, plus the contradiction list β and, as the counterweight, the revealed hierarchy computed from what you actually paid for.Evidence needed: bank statements and calendar. Feeds from: Β§8 Q25, 208, 226.
D8 β Experiments register. What it is: hypothesis, duration, metric, pre-registered decision rule, verdict. It ends the n=1-with-no-control pattern. Format, from W5 Β§2: one row per experiment β Claim Β· Start date Β· Daily metric Β· Duration Β· Decision rule written on day 0 Β· Verdict on the end date. First four rows are already specified: the 30-day PRT protocol; the 30-day fixed-sleep window; the eight-week skin mindfulness protocol; the spiritual-attack-vs-panic prediction scoring.
D9 β Questions register. What it is: Β§8, with three columns added β the question in your words, the date first asked, the current best answer and its evidence. Why it matters: you have built six registers and abandoned all six; a document that does not carry your open questions forward repeats the failure it documents.
D10 β Update protocol and AI quarantine. What it is: a stated precedence order (contemporaneous recording > contemporaneous note > retrospective note > another person’s account > inference); a changelog; a rule that a correction lands in both documents or neither; a confidence tier β (says) / (shows) / (inference) β on every claim, not only the first third; and an explicit quarantine marking every phrase that originated in the Feb-2026 AI notes, with each AI claim tested against the raw record before it is repeated.
D11 β Reading list, ordered, with cautions. Β§10 below.
D12 β A version for others. What it is: one page a partner, therapist or co-founder can hold: how you present when elevated, how you present when depressed, what helps, what makes it worse, what to do at midnight, and who else to call. This is also the answer to the sticking problem (C4 Β§2.2): every label that stuck came from a person in the room. A document only another person holds is the one that survives.
10. THE SEQUENCED PLAN
Next 7 days
#
Action
Why now
1
Stop deliberate sleep deprivation. Fix a sleep window.
The riskiest practice in the repertoire (W5 Β§4); Q12
2
Tell one clinician about the March/April ideation and the 2026-07-03 “suicidal spirit”
The one thing on this list that is not optional; Q11
3
Start the 60-day daily log
The log takes weeks; start the clock; Q360
4
Ask Mom, Rebecca or Ilya one question from Β§2.4
Breaks the self-report monopoly
5
Write the safety plan and give a copy to one person
Twenty minutes; Q28
The AI’s own chores β unlocking the three May-2026 journals, running the transcript extraction over the 841 unread recordings, transcribing the equity five, the Jane call, “jahn and group” and the unfiled 42 β are parked in docs/STATE.md and are not yours to do.
Next 30 days
Ask: Mom, Rebecca, Ilya β one question each, answer written down verbatim.
The one record: the operating-agreement question put to Jahn in writing (Q18), and your four money numbers on one line (Q364).
Measure: the 60-day daily log runs; the two surveys taken once now and again in whichever state you are not in β the gap is the finding.Run: the 30-day fixed-sleep window (Q12), and write the spiritual-attack-vs-panic predictions before the next episode (Q13).
Workbook: the First Sitting is done; go on at a few questions a week with a witness present (Q361).
Next 90 days
Write D2, D3 and D5 β the state gate, the thresholds in your own words, the playbooks β one per week, each under one page; D1 has a draft (podcast dossier Β§19) and D4 was done in week one. Force-rank the values and put the revealed hierarchy β what you actually paid for β beside them. Start the prophecy log. Interview the remaining people on the Β§2.4 list. Choose the one craft (Β§8 Q34) and start the Seinfeld chain on it. Decide the kill criteria and name the quitting coach.
Next 12 months
One therapist, weekly, no switching β and test the claim rather than obeying it, because it came from an AI you fed the conclusion to. One craft, daily, in one place. One person who does not leave β identified, named, and actually seen. The equity conversation, had. The Drucker feedback analysis, reviewed at month nine. This document, re-read with a witness at month six and month twelve, with the answers filled in and the changelog updated.
The reading list, ordered, with why and with cautions

14
Cathy Park Hong, Minor Feelings / Zauner, Crying in H Mart
The identity material you have never read anyone else on
β
Cautions on things you have been recommended, including by the dossiers:
Morning Pages (Cameron) β W4: “the highest-risk recommendation in this entire brief for this particular person.” Three unstructured pages daily for a man with 2,702 unanswered self-questions and a documented rumination risk is more of the disease. Keep the Artist Date and the shadow-artist diagnosis; skip the Pages.
The ikigai four-circle diagram is not Japanese and, W4 says, is actively harmful to you β the “paid for” circle is exactly the constraint that has kept you from finishing.
Dweck’s mindset: d β 0.08 overall. Do not build a plan on it.
Atomic Habits: habitize the cue and the entry, not “finish the film.” The framework does not do what you are asking it to do.
Rilke’s “live the questions now” is the right posture for most people and the wrong one for you β W4 says the dossier should say so plainly, so it does. You have lived the questions for five years. The instruction you need is the opposite one.
The Body Keeps the Score, Unlocking the Emotional Brain, The Compassionate Mind, Running on Empty β recommended by both dossiers, and present in the corpus only inside the Feb-2026 AI note. They may be good books. They are not independent recommendations.
Process rules
AI-analysis quarantine. Every phrase originating in the Feb-2026 notes is tagged. No AI claim is repeated until it has been tested against the raw record. Start with the untested one: that you “never received consistent unconditional positive regard from a stable caregiver” β a sentence you wrote in the prompt, against a record that also contains Hannah, the Disney trip, Rebecca’s $500/month, and Isaac Oliver crying.
Confidence levels on everything β (says) / (shows) / (inference) β applied to the last page as rigorously as the first.
Falsification tests. Every frame carries the observation that would kill it. Two are already specified: the spiritual-attack-vs-panic scoring, and the sleep-need-vs-sleep-time question.
Update protocol. Precedence order; changelog; corrections land in both documents or neither.
One question per sitting, written, dated. A question skipped three times is promoted to Tier 1.
11. QUOTE BANK β 50 exact attributed quotes
[paraphrase]-flagged lines from W3 are excluded, per the rule. Bracketed provenance notes are carried through where W3 gave them. Verify any quote against a primary source before repeating it; three below carry [attribution unverified] flags.
On belovedness versus achievement
“Our heart is restless until it rests in you.” β Augustine, Confessions I.1
“Not because of what he does or accomplishes, but simply because he is.” β Henri Nouwen, on the beloved
“The greatest single cause of atheism in the world today is Christians who acknowledge Jesus with their lips and deny him with their lifestyle.” β Brennan Manning
“We are not at peace with others because we are not at peace with ourselves.” β Thomas Merton
“You are loved, and you don’t have to do anything to earn it.” β Brennan Manning
“Self-compassion is not self-indulgence; it is a source of strength.” β Kristin Neff
“Self-compassion increased motivation to improve after failure.” β Breines & Chen, 2012
“Loneliness is a signal, like hunger or thirst.” β John Cacioppo
“Loneliness is far more than just a bad feeling β it harms both individual and societal health.” β Vivek Murthy, Surgeon General’s Advisory, 2023
“Social connection is a fundamental human need, as essential as food, water, and shelter.” β Vivek Murthy
“Once we see how our minds work, we can change the habit.” β Judson Brewer
“Curiosity is the antidote to craving.” β Judson Brewer
“The mind is its own place, and in itself can make a heaven of hell, a hell of heaven.” β John Milton, Paradise Lost
