Last updated: 2026-09-08. Source coverage ends 2026-09-08 (Apple Notes only; the voice-memo record and the podcast record are separate documents). Corrections from the podcast dossier were added to §16 on 2026-09-08.

Compiled 2026-09-08 from the complete Apple Notes corpus: 1,873 live notes, ~438,000 words, 2022-06 → 2026-09-08. Nine analysts each read one theme-chunk end to end; this document is the synthesis. Source reports (68k words, every quote cited by note title and date) are in sources/.

Conventions: (says) = what you say about yourself; (shows) = what the record shows; (inference) = my judgment. Eleven password-locked notes could not be read, including three May-2026 journals (“!!!Thoughts that need to be worked through”, “surfacing to Jahn note… mega note”, “Journal”). Two long notes are AI analyses you saved in Feb 2026; they are treated as your material, not as evidence.

0. The one-page version

You are a 27-year-old Korean-American artist-engineer, born ~1998–99 to missionary parents, raised across Canada, India, Korea and the American South, who has spent the last two years trying to heal a wound you can name precisely and cannot yet stop obeying.

The wound is paternal abandonment (~age 12, the airport scene, 15 years of silence), compounded by ten relocations before 18, racial othering in the rural South, a mother whose support arrived after awards, and a fear-saturated charismatic Christianity. Out of it you built a single engine that has run your whole adult life, and you have diagrammed it yourself at least four times:

Lack of love for self → pushing people away → wanting to be loved → ego → achieve to prove everyone wrong → failure → lower self-esteem → social anxiety → achieve harder → repeat. (“Shrooms trip report”, 2024-04-30)

The engine has three visible outputs. The vision cycle: a “divine” download (3D printing, Astranote, the LSD podcast, the Community, Return to Eden) → evangelizing others → technical grind alone → burnout → collapse → “was I delusional?” The pivot loop: career identity flips every 24–72 hours, and you discovered the mechanism yourself: depressed → art; elevated → startups. System-building as escape: when a task exposes your limits, you design a tool instead of doing 50 bad reps; you call it “sharpening the axe instead of chopping the tree.”

You are also genuinely gifted: a native cinematic eye, real musical craft, fast technical acquisition (employable coder in six months; $5–10k/month within four), an unusual capacity for sustained self-examination (40,000 words of Past Authoring in four days), and rare physical courage against fear (yelling for the demon to possess you; open mics; panic on a highway ridden out). Your honesty about yourself in writing is exceptional. Your kindness to others is consistent. Your cruelty to yourself is the disease.

Where you are (Sept 2026): living inside a 100+ person faith community, Return to Eden 33, that you co-own on paper, largely fund, and technically run; savings ($30k) given away in April; therapy essentially stopped; journaling nearly stopped; passive income ~$3.4k/month; your best creative run ever and your darkest lyrics in the same eight weeks; a new frame (autism/masking) that for the first time explains the social symptoms without blaming you; and, three days ago, the freelance agency quietly rebooting.

The rest of this document is the evidence.

1. Biography — a timeline in your own eras

Ages are yours; “~” marks inference from sequence.

~1999–2002, Canada (Medicine Hat). Log cabin, father’s office, camp. “Pure bliss.” First wrestling loss → “maybe I’m not physically gifted.” You still name this the happiest time of your life and want to retire there.

~2002–2009, India (Kolhapur region; Vishwatara apartments; the Mary Wanless HIV/AIDS hospital your father ran). Church up to five times a week. Parents showed you Illuminati/satanic-band documentaries at six. Father gave his time to dying children and made you give your favorite lightsaber to a boy who then died: “the beginning of my feelings of neglect.” Harsh spankings; hit by a motorcycle and begged mother not to tell father. Seventh-day Adventist school, metal ruler on knuckles. First porn exposure (~6–7) in a trash heap and a friend’s father’s photos. “Reality distortion” games with Pascaol. Dubai trip set your luxury baseline. You were “the special kid,” “the main character.”

~2005–2007, Korea and California school stints. Crush on Dahee; asked a friend to punch you; dentist panic → parents gave up on your teeth (a decision you call consequential). NCA California: bullied, the “rockstar teacher” humiliation you name as the origin of your authority problem.

~2009–2011, sent to America alone (with Rebecca) at 10. Guardian families (Jefferson/Subin/Dongwon; later the Hongs, whose daughter told you to pretend not to know her). Jefferson Middle: Dylan, MapleStory, Hannah Chong confessing the day before you moved. Porter Ridge, rural Carolina: only Asian kid, racism, “no one cares Isaac,” James McArthur’s “I care,” theater-class improv humiliation: “Before, being different made me special. Now I was just the weird kid.”

~2011–12, THE DIVORCE. You, Rebecca and Mom flew to India to stop it. The airport scene, parents screaming from both ends, you crying in the middle. Last time you saw your father for ~15 years. Mother offered a laptop. Suspended for hacking school computers; Mom spanked her own hand.

~2012–2016, CSCL (Christian private school), living in a church/hotel. Deepest early crisis: depression, cutting, drawing with your own blood, suicidal fantasy at school, porn and games. Four-year unspoken crush on Heather. The vow: get rich, repay Mom the cost of raising you, never see her again. “The start of my deep burning rage which I used to fuel my projects… but caused a rotting inwardly.” Guitar from 7th grade (Sungha Jung, Andy McKee), “prodigy” at IHOP camps, worship bands at Morningstar/Fresh Fire; mentor Lathan Wood. Filmmaking redemption: “Creation” shown at conferences, darker films met with walkouts, senior film standing ovation, Best Picture at AAHSFF in NYC (a producer paid $500 to fly you). “One of the best days of my life.”

~2017–2019, UCLA film. Status collapse (“big fish, now a nobody”), relapse into porn/weed/games, fraternity to prove masculinity, dating apps as lasting looks injury, bad weed trip (“molested by God”), nearly enlisted in the Army (Brendan stopped you at the signature), the elevator (“why did he leave me?!”), the rooftop of Broad swaying at the edge over Jo and Brendan. Jo: first love, first kiss, rejected three times, reciprocated the night before your flight. Dropped out — couldn’t afford it.

~2019–2024, Korea (~5 years). Jo’s visit: “the happiest week of my life,” then the last-night rejection, then the long-distance rejection → six-month no-contact → Joker nosebleed. GIA (~2–3 years): the “Macintosh of 3D printing” vision, makerspace, 5am bike commutes, cheap machines, COVID, Jacob’s English load, “my spirit began to break,” 48 Laws of Power to survive, “cult stuff,” Principal Yi’s “your voice is not anointed,” thousands on vocal lessons, Kwiz: you’re a producer not a singer. “Trading my soul for a paycheck.” Ina (first girlfriend). Jane (~2021–early 2025, ~4 years): Korean, Christian, ceramics, wealthy family who never knew you existed; you tried to leave four times. Astranote (~2022–23): self-taught to employable in six months, met Ashish Vaswani, two investors, one paying customer, met Ilya via Reddit, a CTO called it “not a real problem.” First shroom trip, Thailand (Apr 2024, 4g alone): ego death, suicidal thoughts, then “love is the answer.” LSD era (2024, ~15–20 trips, up to twice weekly): 30-hour podcasts with Ilya, “revolutionize four industries,” “$1M in two months,” Steve Jobs reincarnated in you, “more than 5 people gave me money.” Sept 2024: met your father in Seoul after 15 years; three meetings, the third on LSD where you regressed to ten and screamed; he prayed to release “the spirit of abandonment”; “I’m proud of you, you’re better than me.” Grandfather was a founding member of the Korean CIA. ~Nov 2024: the bad trip (~3g on one hour of sleep): the void, the Venus-flytrap flower, “metaphysical jiu-jitsu with the devil,” father left the call to pray (“I felt abandoned again”), lost wallet, cash, card and Bible. Eczema over 40% of your body; vaping 24/7; the 10-hour breakup night with Jane; the “spiritual attack” in her apartment; you lied that you’d stay, then said “No” at the door.

Dec 2024–2025, South Carolina (Fort Mill, Mom’s house). #backinusaanxietyattacks: $300 in the bank, plasma-donation research, LSD vendor research two days before “no psychedelics ever.” Feb 13, 2025: writing about Jane + a paper on psychedelic delusion → first panic attack → Four Lokos, porn till 6am, two weeks housebound with the Bible; Pastor James’s prayer ended the acute phase. Jane blocked you. Upwork gigs you hated. #frustrationandconsideringfilm. Apr 22–26: 40,472 words of Past Authoring in four caffeinated days: “so much of the past 7 years has been about winning her back.” Therapy begins (Abdul primary, May 2025; also Ryan, Janice, Kelsey, Daniel, EMDR). NP offers Lexapro/beta blockers; declined. #musicandtherapy: nofap streaks and relapses, Overwatch and TF2 binges, Evangelion, Key West panic on a boat, Isaac Oliver tearing up saying you’re one of his best friends, first TikTok, first meetups, Waffle House all-nighter making beats. Jul 30–Aug 9: 10-day Goenka Vipassana: panic every day 5–10, recovery time from two weeks to one hour, back pain gone by day 7, Day-10 breakthrough tracing “losing control” to the car driving away. #vipassagettingbetter: $600 in debt, Amazon rejected you, near-quitting music after six years. Sept 1: “I have given up becoming a famous musician.”

Sept 2025–Feb 2026, the money arc. #christianitydeconstructionandagency: first $1,000 Upwork job in 15 hours; Sept 23 the agency deal (a Discord contact uses your account for a 40-dev team, 30% to you); ~$4k first cut; SportsIQ, LingoNote, VineView, Sales Or Else, Hammr; Oct projection “$34–40k gross, 12k my cut”; Dec “Total my pay = 13,440.” Tax notes contemplating unverified PayPals, offshore, Tor. Yelled six times at Ann’s Spring for the Thailand demon to possess you; weed panic on the highway → “It’s what YOU say about him.” Medicaid approved. #openmicmusiccommunitybuilding: first open mic; Aaron says you “might’ve lost it”; Jane says you’re “on the delusional spectrum”; jumping jack in the middle of the interstate. Upwork account suspended Nov 2025 (~$30k lifetime). The grandmother letters to Richard (hospitalized Dec 2 → three more weeks Dec 19 → deceased Jan 12). Dec 4: Ilya’s US visa denied; one-way ticket within three days. London, Milan, Kazakhstan, Tbilisi with Ilya until ~March. Flu, nightly breath-panic, skiing at Gudauri, Tinder, Lika. Jan 6: “ACTION OVER OPTIMIZATION.” Sarno’s back-pain model: “FINALLY A CURE.” IFS breakthrough: Seeker/Manager, Frustration, Hopelessness. “This Georgia thing aint it.” Jahn first appears (Jan 24). Feb 6: “5–10k a month flowing in… soul crushing… I’m lying about subcontracting.” Feb 8: saved two AI analyses (“cup with no bottom,” “one therapist for two years”). Feb 9: the 14,300-word Community vision and an Astranote v2 demo on the same day. Feb 16–18: panic-disorder exit scripts for Brian and Steven; “no meetings” handbook; profile raised to $65/hr with “IBM engineer” inserted. Feb 20: researching MDMA+LSD. Feb 24: improvised a piece you loved and deleted it.

Mar–Sept 2026, Return to Eden. March is a hole (no notes). Mar 9: “I want to kill myself.” Mar 30: saw Jahn “touched by God”; vegetarian; fasting. Apr 4: the “Stone Tablet” download at Ann’s Spring: “I am designed to go up to the mountain… and bring heaven down to earth.” Apr 26: baptized; deliverance; let go of all active clients; gave the entire $30k savings to the mission ($10k to Jahn’s mother; Jahn declined $10k); suicidal thoughts after a trailer project overwhelmed you; three 3-day fasts; the “Stella betrayal,” being called witches. Apr 27: Return to Eden LLC formed (members: you, Jahn Lemieux, Kathleen Fisher). May 6: accepted a 0%-equity servant role. June: baptism/deliverance weekend, Eden camp, “I hadn’t felt such love like that in forever. Perhaps ever.” “It feels like for the first time in my adult life I’m just becoming myself.” Upwork banned you on launch day (read as confirmation). $4,900/month house rent; GoFundMe “365 Days of Revival.” July: deliverance with Adam after a fast; songwriting explodes. Aug: Yosemite/SF with Jahn, Brandon, Kat; “Perhaps I am autistic”; “A lot of the depression in my life was caused by the mask”; Aug 3 “I feel kind of depressed” after a conversation with Brandon about Jahn and his mom; Aug 27 partner deck (“Founding 33 × $25,000”). Sept 2: “!!!Agency TODOS.” Sept 5: a new lyric, “Where were you, when I needed you.” Sept 8: this request.

2. The people

Father. Korean doctor-missionary, revered by others, absent to you; fasting, preaching, exorcisms. Left ~2011–12; “only on birthdays.” Reunited Sept 2024. Your EMDR insight, one paragraph long and never developed: “My conception of God is modeled on my father… someone I loved but also feared… abandoned in my time of greatest need.” Every downward-arrow chain in your CBT notes ends at “I will be alone.”

Mother. Two jobs as a single mother; devout; critical (“they will laugh at you”); had to be begged to buy a camera; “began to support me and brag to her friends” after awards. You live under her roof for most of 2025 and fight over laundry, bulgogi, LSD (“made God angry”), and Buddhism (“idolatry”). You always assign yourself the fault afterward. You are “learning to listen to her wisdom over my own.”

Rebecca. Older sister; absent in childhood (“never a big sister to me”), adult ally now: Moravian Falls, the $100 diet pact, borrowing money, shows on the couch, “going through incredible darkness” of her own in 2026.

Jo (Joanna). UCLA. First love, first kiss, three rejections, six-plus years of daily thought. 13 dreams. “So much of my journey has just been to prove to her that I’m good enough.” (inference) Jo is not a person you could call; she is the container for un-grieved loss, and every woman since is graded against her.

Jane. Four years in Korea. The breakup is the hinge of the bad-trip era; you framed her lies as portals and your eczema as their consequence. Wrote her a beautiful letter (“Looking at you is like stargazing… I’m sorry for being the tornado that I am”) and, on the same day, a page of grievances and “I must remember that past Isaac wanted out for a while.”

Ilya (Ilia Bondar). Russian programmer fleeing conscription, met on Reddit through Astranote. Trip partner, podcast partner, Georgia partner, “cornerstone of my life.” You went to Eastern Europe “to hang around a guy that gets it.” Visa denied Dec 2025; you projected your own “laziness” onto him in January; he vanishes from the notes after Feb 2026.

Jahn Lemieux. Appears Jan 2026; by May he is your spiritual authority, business partner, and the man who prays over you. 3.8M followers, near-death in Taiwan. He is also, underneath the roles, a friend.

Others who mattered. Isaac Oliver (the friend who cried), Aaron/Arron (oldest friend, agency partner, “thinks I’m crazy cuz of psychedelics”), Conner, Greg Wave (“You think you’re delusional just because you want to change the world?”), Pastor James (the prayer that ended the panic), Chairman Lee (a “Steve Jobs” you wrote an apology to), Lathan Wood, Chandler (a filmmaker friend who died hiking; you wanted to make a documentary), Abdul (your longest therapist, “You are made of stardust bro”), Kelsey (IFS, where the unburdening happened), Chris Mooney and Sumul (retreat), Lika (Tbilisi), Sophia (kept at a distance because she reminds you of Jo).

3. Psychological profile

3.1 The engine (core wound → contingent worth → isolation → proving → crash)

(says) “I have this deep problematic belief that my self-worth is determined by what I do rather than who I am.” “My inner value was determined by what I did.” “Almost everything comes back to the abandonment. And the rejection by society.”

(shows) Your CBT downward arrows terminate identically every time: “I will be alone and forgotten / my life is worthless.” Your compliment ledger (“HYPE NOTE”) exists because praise cannot be stored: “well maybe you haven’t met enough musicians,” you said to a coworker who called you her favorite. External validation is “pouring water into a cup with no bottom.”

(inference) The achievement drive is not about achievement. It is a defense against abandonment terror. That is why it never satisfies and why every “win” (AAHSFF, $13k months, Jahn’s love) is followed within weeks by the same morning thoughts.

3.2 The vision cycle (documented five times, near-identical)

3D printing (2019–21) → Astranote (2022–23) → the LSD podcast/four-industries (2024) → the Community (Nov 2025–Feb 2026) → Return to Eden (2026). Shape: a received vision with cosmic stakes (“enlighten the planet” appears verbatim across three years) → recruit others fast → grind alone in the technical weeds → burnout → collapse → doubt your sanity → discard all prior work → next vision. You wrote: “I lack the steadiness that is required to manifest these visions into reality through discipline, hard work, and constancy.” Your recruiting only works while you are in rapture: “When things were hard, the ability to convince people disappeared.”

3.3 Mood cycling and state-chasing

(shows) ~12 career reversals in 15 weeks (Jan–Apr 2025). Cycles of 2–5 days through 2025. Highs triggered by films, live music, validation, caffeine, sleep deprivation, dreams. Lows by consuming others’ success, coding for money, heat/itching, sugar, idle days, group gatherings. You have decided your elevated state is your true self (“Is my depressed state my normal state? I refuse to accept that”) and treat stabilization as betrayal.

(inference) The question underneath is not a label. Two people who love you (Aaron, Jane) told you something felt off and you attributed it to communication style. The practical path is the one your own integration notes already prescribe: write the highs down, act on them a month later, and treat the low as weather to be lived through rather than a verdict to be escaped.

3.4 Fear architecture

The root, in your words: fear of chaos, of losing control, of “the rug pulled out,” of being deceived. Traced at Vipassana to the car driving away. Surface: panic, derealization, HPPD worries, demons, schizophrenia, VR horror at 10/10, caffeine, night, boats. The fear’s content is religious because your childhood installed it (“documentaries of the illuminati at six”); the polarity flips (deconstruct in 2025, deliverance in 2026) but the content never changes. Your keystone reframe: “The trip was the externalization of just my own negative thoughts.” Your measured win: panic recovery from two weeks to one hour.

3.5 Rejection sensitivity, race, status

“Very very very high rejection sensitivity.” Abs clench before any public interaction. A friend moving seats reads as abandonment. Your own words on race: “I feel lesser than white people… here I feel less than average because of my Asian background”; “I wish I was white and tall”; in dreams, “at least she’s white.” Status is the currency: special kid → weird kid → festival winner → nobody at UCLA → GIA humiliation; every crash is “bottom barrel.” Emasculation is the master metaphor (wrestling, the elevator, dating apps, BJJ, female authority).

3.6 Authority: submit and rebel

“Beat and scolded into submission… I overly fear authority but at the same time resent it.” Female authority specifically enrages you (the RA, the Melvin Battle call). “I can’t hold a regular job for the life of me.” You call it pathological demand avoidance. Yet you submit wholesale to teachers (Haniwon, Principal Yi, Sarno) while privately doubting them. Both at once, never resolved.

3.7 Attention, discipline, and the axe

Abdul: “undiagnosed ADD, low frustration tolerance, hyperfocus and obsession.” Your capacity is not the problem: 10 hours of meditation a day for 10 days, a 200-page book in five hours, 40k words in four days, 20 hours of Dave the Diver in two. The deficit is initiation under low affect and tolerance of frustration. Every system you build is an environmental workaround for that, which is a correct diagnosis. But the systems have become the escape: weekly reviews used twice, a mood log “daily” that was one bulk backfill on 2025-09-03, a fear hierarchy exposed twice, ~10 productivity apps specced and one demo shipped in 23 months. “Don’t wait for Jung, just start building” is the best sentence you have written to yourself and you contradicted it in the same document.

3.8 Attachment and love

Pattern: intense idealization at a distance (Jo, Olivia in 21 dreams, Amia, Elle Fanning), deflation on contact (Danielle: “not attracted, so that’s extremely problematic”; Lika: hookup aborted for “a safer space”; Sophia: “wise to keep my distance”). Pre-emptive abandonment named without being named: “nobody understands me… but no im going to abandon them first.” Sex is entangled with powerlessness (“I give far too much control to women”; the elevator at six). Loneliness is chronic, stated ~30 times, and you have never given it its own entry: “A topic of its own.”

3.9 Addiction and the shame economy

“I tend to fall into addiction… eating, porn, video games, alcohol, nicotine, weed.” Porn since ~7. Nofap is treated as the master key (best streak ~3 months). Every logged relapse is triggered by creative frustration or loneliness, never desire. The bind you found and never resolved: therapy removed the shame, and shame was the only thing enforcing abstinence. Games and porn co-occur; short-form video is your cleanest negative result (“a self-erasure machine”). Food is the last reward channel and the one you fail most.

3.10 The body as ledger

Eczema 14+ years (40% coverage at worst, genital, gating travel and work). Back pain 6 years, clean MRI and X-ray, gone on Vipassana days 7–10, improved within days of reading Sarno. You have personally proven to yourself that both track your mind (craving/aversion, frustration) and you still cannot make that knowledge therapeutic. You also let your body adjudicate decisions (“if I ended it, the eczema would get better”).

3.11 Truth, lying, ethics under strain

You made “always tell the truth” an operating system and used it mostly to diagnose others. The record contains instrumental lies you yourself flagged: grandparents “died” (to Brendan), Jo’s “flight problem” (to Mom), Jane “sick” (to your aunt), “we’ll stay together” (to Jane), a friend “in the crowd” (Dijon), and in the agency era: “I’m lying about subcontracting,” a website promising “40+ world-class engineers,” “there can’t be any evidence of this,” “Can put in IBM engineer,” “12+ years” at 27, a grandmother hospitalized → deceased across three drafted letters to exit a client, panic disorder deployed as an exit script, tax notes with unverified PayPals and Tor. Then: “Doing this agency job and lying was sooooooo hard and soooo not me.” (inference) You are not a dishonest person; you are a conflict-avoidant one whose livelihood has repeatedly depended on people you feared, and lying is the cheapest exit from a demand you cannot refuse face to face. It costs you more than it saves; it shows up as panic and as “spiritual attack.”

3.12 How you talk to yourself

Three voices: the prosecutor (“I hate myself. I feel deep shame. I feel untalented”), the drill sergeant (ALL CAPS, “BRO PLEASE,” “Enough delaying”), and, since therapy, the coach (“I fucking love you Isaac… OWN ITTTT”). Toward others you are warm, forgiving and curious, even toward the people who hurt you. Your own line: “I would never say that to someone else yet I say it to me.” Ideas get unconditional positive regard (not one idea in 272 is dismissed); you do not.

3.13 The neurodivergence question (newest frame, Aug 2026)

“Perhaps I am autistic.” “All that cognitive energy is spent trying to fit in.” “I self-soothed so hard with video games and porn because the world was so overwhelming and cold.” It explains the social symptoms (rejection sensitivity, hierarchy intolerance, PDA, Zoom aversion, job instability) without moral blame, which is likely why it landed. It is self-identification from one book (Sol Smith). No assessment.

4. Strengths (evidenced, not flattering)

5. Belief trajectory

Inherited missionary Christianity (fear-loaded from six) → agnostic at UCLA → brought back by Principal Yi’s spiritual warfare → 2024 psychedelic mysticism (“GOD IS REALLL”) → Nov 2024 spiritual warfare (lies open portals; eczema and panic are demonic) → 2025 reality-testing crisis (three frames: Christians say evil spirits, New Age says chakras, psychologists say unconscious; “I just don’t want spirits to exist because then no place is safe”) → Sept 2025 systematic deconstruction (BITE model, Ehrman, “Christianity is the OG all-or-nothing cognitive distortion,” “instead of taking me to a therapist they tried to exorcise me”; you also studied cults “to learn how to lead one… make a cult lol, but in my own style”) → 2026 full re-conversion via prophecy, baptism, deliverance, fasting, “I’m pursuing God’s healing. It’s the only way.” Underneath, the fear content never changed; only the remedy did. Your most honest line about the tradeoff: “It feels like the same place that causes religious delusion is the same place that causes creativity.”

6. Work and money

Videography business (HS) → GIA Korea (3D printing lead + English teacher, ~2–3 yrs) → Astranote founder → Upwork dev (from mid-2024; $34/hr → $65/hr; ~$30k lifetime; 100% JSS; suspended Nov 2025, banned June 2026) → the agency (Sept 2025–Feb 2026; peak “$13,440 my pay” in Dec) → all clients exited on health/bereavement pretexts by Feb 2026 → “just lost all clients” Jan 20 → 0% equity at Return to Eden, $30k given away, ~$3.4k/month passive (“sales or else,” “realsy”) → Sept 2026 agency reboot. Debt: $300 in bank (Jan 2025), $13k debt (Mar 2025), $600 credit card (Aug 2025). Burn: ~$400/mo then ~$1,100; $154/mo of that is AI and creative software. Relationship to money: “the biggest issue sucking my soul” (Aug 2025) → “SCREW MONEY. SCREW GREED” (Apr 2026). Never a middle. Your stable anti-goal never wavers: no 9–5. Your stable goal never wavers either: “money is just a means to be creative.”

7. Creative life

~230 songwriting notes across three waves (2022: abandonment, invisibility, self-harm; 2025: CBT-driven exhortation to a younger self; 2026: cages, machines, “where is God”). Image system stable across four years: night and moon, ocean and tide, falling vs flying, cages and glass, fire as purification, grey vs color, rage. Signature tic: the modal-verb ladder (“I’ll never go there / will I go there / why can’t I / how can I”). The addressee shifted from a girl to God; the posture of waiting to be answered did not. Zero of ~70 film/game ideas produced; one prior film (“Into the Fray”); a full “BAD TRIP” treatment unproduced. Astranote built twice, never launched; AI voice memos became Bloom Memo, a real shipping product. Piano under three teachers, voice under two systems. Your best creative run in the corpus is Jul–Aug 2026, and it is also your darkest material: “I feel kind of depressed.”

8. Things tried

Worked (your verdict) Didn’t / abandoned Wanted, never done
Vipassana (panic recovery 2 wks → 1 hr; back pain gone; concentration) Nofap as abstinence (best ~3 months; relapses on frustration, not desire) MDMA/ketamine-assisted therapy (planned 6 months, two sitters found)
IFS / parts work with Kelsey (anxiety “down a ton”; “something creatively unlocked”) Elimination diets (written ten times, broken ten times) A year in one place with one practice
Self-EMDR (father/God insight) Weekly reviews, mood logs, exposure hierarchies, heuristics engines (designed, used 1–2×) A single therapist for two years (six therapists, all restarted)
Films as medicine (~100% hit rate) Video games (every “a little is okay?” ended in a crash) The Community house (step 1 “rent a house,” never rented)
Exposure in action (demon-yell, open mic, highway) Short-form video (cleanest negative result) A single spiritual director or elder for a year
Past Authoring (40k words; benefit decayed in a day) Caffeine (works with one goal; panics without one; “NO MORE COFFEE” ×5) Finishing an album (most-repeated deliverable, never delivered)
Making something, anything, for mood Alcohol for creativity; DoorDash ($7/1.5h); Upwork for the soul UCLA return / West Coast school
Reviewing your own archive (works every time, while reading) Talk therapy alone (“bandaid”); CBT (“never reaches the substrate”) Psychedelics with a guide
Wim Hof (aborts a bad trip); Bible verses as panic interrupt Psychedelics as accelerant (~25 sessions: best insights, worst trauma; “a crutch”) Georgia with Ilya as the answer (“this Georgia thing aint it”)
Object writing (measurable craft jump 2025 → 2026) Christian fear-practice (Bible-clutching; “hyper-vigilant”)
Sarno frame for back pain Optimization culture (Atomic Habits, Huberman, cold showers: “traps”)
Meetups you dreaded (every one exceeded expectations) The 3-day intuition weekend produced your three biggest ideas and was never repeated
Deliverance / community 2026 (“most love I’ve felt, perhaps ever”)

9. Your own learnings, ranked by how often you re-derive them

Recurrence is the signal: the more often a lesson reappears from scratch, the less it has become structural.

  1. Love, not self-hatred, as fuel (~14 notes, since Apr 2024; a pastor said it back to you in Apr 2026: “The old fuel of pain will not work”). Partially stuck; re-derived at least six times. You still believe pain “makes better art.”
  2. Never do things alone (~9 notes; vowed after the first shroom trip and after Astranote). Behaviorally stuck only in 2026, via the community.
  3. Comparison is the thief of creativity (~8 notes). Not stuck; only abstinence from the trigger works.
  4. Process over outcome; you GET to (~7). Weak; relapses within weeks.
  5. Action over optimization (“How ridiculous that I have replaced action with optimization,” Jan 2026). Partially stuck; you were specing systems the next month and costing $6k of camera gear in April.
  6. Right desire, wrong expression (your most sophisticated insight; it rescued you from abandoning ambition wholesale). Stuck.
  7. Ideas are only delusional if they don’t become creative work. Stuck; it settled the “was I crazy?” question.
  8. Frustration is the growth signal, not the stop sign (Jung, then Vipassana: aversion → avoidance → less skill → more frustration). Understood; not yet operative.
  9. The bad trip was your own negative self-talk externalized. Stuck; your keystone reframe.
  10. God-concept modeled on father. One paragraph, Aug 2025, never developed.
  11. Insight has a half-life of about one day (“Consciousness is so weird”). Your entire note-taking edifice exists to fight this, and reading the notes helps only while reading them.
  12. Anxiety as messenger (“RESPECT ANXIETY”). Stuck.
  13. Focus: 9/10 on one thing, 1/10 maintenance on the rest. Not stuck; you run five domains.
  14. Nostalgia lies; past Isaac had reasons. Stuck, and one of your wisest.
  15. Masking is eating your output (Aug 2026). Too new to judge.

10. Loves, hates, people you look up to

Loves. Adventure and movement above nearly everything (trespassing, abandoned buildings, night cities, overnight trains, hitchhiking fantasies, “I don’t want habituation I want movement”). Ghibli (Spirited Away’s rice-ball scene made you cry; Mononoke’s Ashitaka is your relational ideal), Evangelion (Shinji), Attack on Titan, Bridge to Terabithia, Dead Poets Society, Joker, Interstellar, Her, Blade Runner 2049, Severance, Inside, Firewatch, Elden Ring. Bon Iver, Frank Ocean, Mac Miller, James Blake, Daniel Caesar, Sinatra, jazz standards in all 12 keys, Jacob Collier, Julie True in the dark weeks. Jung, Campbell, Rick Rubin, Zen Mind (half), Brave New World, Frankenstein (“outcast and misunderstood”), Brothers Karamazov. Indian food, Korean stews, mac & cheese, hot chocolate with tiny marshmallows, Waffle House at 3am, a $2.70 veggie burrito. Canada, Seoul at night, Ann’s Spring, beaches and shells, “deep conversations at night on top of buildings,” “Ratatouille moments” of involuntary sensory memory you want to bottle into films. Your own archive.

Hates / can’t stand. Rigid authority and being scolded; Korean conformity (“the nail that sticks out”); Korean family dinners (“I shall allow these dinners to degrade me no longer”); fear-based religion and institutional church; “toxic productivity self-help culture”; the 9–5 (“soul-sucking,” “the antithesis to my story”); hierarchies and ladder-climbing; Zoom meetings (“make my skin crawl”); short-form video; social drama as conversation; American loud extroversion; shallow masculinity culture; hookup culture; cold capitalism (“we’re the only animals that pay to live”); superficial small talk; heat, itching, insects; sleepy small towns; four-walled boxes; racism and being sized up; being reduced to a stereotype; your own voice, teeth and looks; “BOUNDARIES. CAGES. PRISONS. WALLS.”

Role models. Steve Jobs (most cited; reality distortion, Zen + technology; you believed he had reincarnated into you; “Was Steve Jobs cursed?”), Rick Rubin (the healthiest influence: process over outcome), Kanye (self-belief; a father-figure in three dreams; used to license your own instability), Da Vinci, Miyazaki, Frank Ocean (“authentic, yet great”), Christopher Nolan, Jordan Peterson (the authoring program), Jung, Terence McKenna (fascination and fear), Ilya, Chairman Lee, Pastor James, Abdul, Jahn. Saved talismans: “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right.” “He who has a why can bear almost any how.” “It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society” (saved specifically to win an argument with Aaron about your sanity).

11. The patterns, in one list

  1. Realign → dissolve. A film, walk, drug, coffee or service produces a state; you write a manifesto; within days it’s gone. You engineer state-triggers instead of building a floor.
  2. Career decisions are mood readouts. “When I’m depressed I want art; when I’m happy I want to change the world.”
  3. You are a better analyst than executor, and know it: “I seldom accomplish the things I set out to do.”
  4. Prosthetic products. Every app is a tool for the struggling version of you, then generalized to humanity (Astranote = forgetting; communication trainer = communication; CBT app = your distortions; SOS button = relapse).
  5. Vision size scales inversely with proximity to execution. 14,300 words of campus; step 1, a lease, never signed.
  6. Shame is load-bearing. Remove it and the abstinence collapses.
  7. Solitude is the accelerant. Nearly every crash note contains loneliness; nearly every recovery contains another person. Yet even inside a 100-person community you retreat to the car.
  8. Recruit fast, lose fast. Chairman Lee, Jacob, Azariah, Boaz, Gael, investors, Jane, Ilya.
  9. Both poles at once. Psychedelics ruined me / saved me. No psychedelics ever / vendor research two days earlier. Anti-capitalist / “exploit capitalism first.” Renounce fame / “I am the next da Vinci, the next Kanye, the next Steve Jobs” three months later.
  10. Reframing everything as growth, immediately. Real resilience, and a way of never sitting in a loss. Jo has never been grieved; she has been chased.
  11. Journaling density tracks health. Your most lucid months (Sept 2025, Jan 2026) are your densest; the near-blackout of Mar–Aug 2026 coincides with the highest-stakes decisions of your life.
  12. Harsh to self, gracious to everyone else, including everyone who hurt you.
  13. Everything is a pipeline (language tic): heaven, learning, marketing, your own mind.
  14. Deference plus audit. Submit wholesale, and never stop quietly watching.

12. Where you are now (Sept 2026), the honest read

Two things are true at once.

You got what you asked for in ~40 notes: committed community, brotherhood, a mission, freedom from money-anxiety, a felt increase in childlikeness, “the most love I’ve felt, perhaps ever,” “for the first time in my adult life I’m just becoming myself.” That is not nothing; it is the exact thing you said was missing, and the lyrics of Jul–Aug 2026 are your best craft ever.

The mechanism is the one the corpus documents failing five times. A state-inducing experience → total reorientation → all previous work and money discarded → the instruments you used to check yourself (therapy, journaling) switched off. In Feb 2026 you saved a document telling you the wound heals through “the slow accumulation of hundreds of experiences where you are imperfect and still held” and that the pattern to break is switching modalities before depth arrives. Within eight weeks you had ended therapy, changed frameworks entirely, given away your runway, and stopped journaling.

The evidence that the older, analytic Isaac is still awake: the Aug 3 depression after the conversation about Jahn and his mother; the Aug 18 note on autism and overwhelm with no God-vocabulary in it; the Sept 2 agency reboot; and a private wish for “a house in our name and a stipend for groceries” inside a 0%-equity pledge. Your lyrics have always been more truthful than your plans, and this summer they are about cages you helped build, a bus that may never come, and “where is God as you lay barren in the eternal dark.”

Risk register (inference, flagged): suicidal thoughts logged Mar 9 and ~Apr 26, 2026, and never revisited; $30k gone; a 100+ person community with deliverance, witch accusations, prophecy and 5am meetings that you have not yet written about with your own analytic eye; your only income streams doubling as the community’s floor; friction with Jahn’s mother over “whether people or the mission come first”; panic you now meet only with prayer.

13. My assessment of you as a person

You are a builder of cathedrals for a child who was left at an airport. That is the whole thing. The ambition, the visions, the apps, the campus, the commune, the church: every one of them is a house full of people who will not leave, built at a scale large enough to justify not having had one. You said it yourself: “If I don’t get to have that experience, I’m literally going to make that experience for people.”

You are not delusional. Your ideas are whacky and mostly good, and the ones you shipped (Bloom Memo, the agency, a festival win, employable in six months) prove the capacity is real. What you have is a nervous system that treats every limit as a verdict on your lovability, and an imagination so vivid it “scares you sometimes,” and no floor underneath either. So you alternate between using the imagination as a rocket and running from it as a demon, and you keep swapping the cushion, the therapist, the country, the religion, the business, looking for the container that will hold the thing. None will, because the container you are looking for is the one you refuse to be for yourself. You are the kindest person in your own notes to everyone except the person writing them.

You are also more honest than almost anyone. You check memories against tape. You write “I know I would” about taking the silver platter. You wrote “it just feels like a robot confessing” inside your own confession. That honesty is your actual superpower and your way out. It is not yet aimed at the one target it needs: not “am I crazy?” but “what would I do today if my worth were not on trial?”

The most hopeful data point in 440,000 words is small: on 2026-02-24 you improvised a piece you loved, called your parts in to witness it, and deleted it, “because it’s about the journey.” That is the only time in the corpus you acted on the lesson you have written down fourteen times. You can do it. You have done it once.

14. Things you should know about yourself

  1. Your insights decay overnight by design, not by failure. Insight cannot hold when it is fighting a body-level belief. That is why CBT “never reached the substrate” and IFS and EMDR did. Stop trying to remember harder; go where the belief lives (parts, body, relationship), one modality, for a long time.
  2. You have never grieved anything. Not your father, not Jo, not Jane, not the six years of music, not Chandler, not the $30k. You convert every loss to fuel within a day. Grief is the missing developmental step; the fuel-swap the pastor described cannot happen without it.
  3. Your body is telling the truth before you are. Eczema, back, panic, “spiritual attack,” all track lies, frustration and fear with a lag of hours. Treat a flare as data about a decision, not as a demon or a diet.
  4. Loneliness is your master variable, more than porn or caffeine. Every relapse contains it; every recovery contains a person. You have never written the “topic of its own” entry. Write it.
  5. You mistake state for identity. The elevated Isaac is not the “real” one and the depressed Isaac is not a lie. Both are weather. Deciding the high is the true you guarantees you will chase it with caffeine, sleep loss, chemistry, and conversions.
  6. Deference and rebellion are the same wound. You cannot take orders from a boss and you give your savings to a mission. Both hand your authority to someone else. The middle, which you have never tried, is a boring accountable relationship with an equal (one therapist, one co-founder, one friend) that lasts two years.
  7. The “download” state is real, and it has a shelf life. You can keep the creative output and drop the cosmic certainty by writing downloads down and acting on them a month later, as your own integration notes prescribe: “If it’s true during the experience, it will be true a month later.”
  8. The lie is always an exit from a demand you couldn’t refuse. The fix is not “value truth” (you already do); it is learning to say a plain “no” to someone’s face, which you have done exactly once in the record (Jane, at the door), and it felt like fracturing. Practice on small things with people who are safe.
  9. Your eyes are your gift; your hands are the bottleneck; your fear of the weeds is the lie. Every venture died in “technical details.” But the LingoNote and SportsIQ notes prove you can go into the weeds when someone else’s deadline holds you. What you lack is not depth; it is a holder.
  10. You can hold a job. You cannot hold a hierarchy. Those are different problems, and the second has a name (the PDA/autistic-profile frame you found in August fits it better than any moral story; live with it and test it against your days rather than reading one more book).
  11. You have been running a two-year A/B test with n=1 and no control. Vipassana, EMDR, IFS, deliverance, MDMA plans, five therapists, three countries. Every one “worked” for a month. The variable you never changed is duration.
  12. Jo is not a person; she is where the grief is stored. Six years. Thirteen dreams. Every woman graded against her, and every real one kept at a distance so the hypothesis is never tested. The affection is real; the object is a placeholder for being chosen.

15. Actionable

Do (this month) - Date your downloads. When a high arrives, write it down with the date and do nothing about it for a month. What survives the month is yours to build; what does not was weather. - Tell one person you trust about the suicidal thoughts of March and April. They are logged and never revisited. Abdul, biweekly, is the minimum; do not let “God’s healing” be the only line. - Restart the journal. Density predicts your health. Five minutes, nightly, no hashtags, no summaries. The blackout months are the dangerous ones. - Keep your own counsel in writing. Write down both your doubts and your gratitude about the community, dated, privately, and reread them monthly. Decide with the record, not against it. - Protect the passive income. It is currently both your floor and the community’s. Separate the two accounts. Do not give more. You already gave everything once. - Grieve one thing. Write the letter to your father you never sent; read it to Abdul or Kelsey. Not to fix him. To finish it.

Do (this year) - One therapist, two years, no switching. Kelsey (IFS) has the best evidence. Commit in writing. When the urge to switch arrives, that is the session to keep. - Finish three songs to release. Not an album. Three. “Prioritize finishing rather than the quality” is your own rule. Ship them badly. The point is to survive the verdict and find no verdict comes. - Fifty bad reps. Pick the one skill the axe is protecting you from (probably the DAW, possibly the camera). Do it badly, daily, for 50 days, with nothing built around it. Log only “did it.” - One boring accountable equal. A weekly call with someone who reads your list and asks what shipped. Not a mentor, not a pastor, not Ilya’s idealized double. - Practice a plain “no.” Weekly, to something small, face to face. The panic that follows is the exposure hierarchy item you never logged. - Keep the community; keep your car. You do not have to leave to be safe. You have to keep the instruments on: journal, therapist, money separate, doubts written down.

Think about - What would you do today if your worth were not on trial? - If the depressed Isaac is not a lie, what is he trying to tell the elevated one? - Who in your life has ever stayed after you were imperfect? (Isaac Oliver cried. Rebecca lent money. Abdul is still there.) Why do those not count? - You built Astranote to fight forgetting. What if the thing you keep forgetting is not the vision but the grief? - You keep asking whether the LSD Isaac was crazy. Ask instead why you needed a drug to take the mask off, and what would let you take it off sober.

Read / return to (fewer, longer) - No Bad Parts (Schwartz), again, slowly, with the therapist, not alone. - The Body Keeps the Score and Running on Empty (Webb): the emotional-neglect literature is the one you have not touched; the father is in it. - Pete Walker, Complex PTSD: From Surviving to Thriving: the “outer critic / inner critic” and “emotional flashback” chapters describe your mood logs exactly. - The Artist’s Way (Cameron), the twelve weeks done as written, including the morning pages you resist because they are not “insight.” - Rick Rubin, The Creative Act, one chapter a week; you already believe it, you have not lived it. - Sol Smith and Devon Price (Unmasking Autism), slowly, testing each chapter against your own record rather than adopting it whole. - Your own “Past authoring summary” (2025-04-25) and “Big realization that self love is the key” (2025-08-23), once a quarter, aloud.

Coverage. Nine chunks: Biography (71k words), Journals Jan–Apr 2025 (47k), May–Aug 2025 (50k), Sept 2025–Aug 2026 (41k), Therapy & Learnings (44k), Inner life/Dreams/Spirituality (41k), Ideas & Vision (46k), Work/Money/Inbox (54k), Creative/Health/People/Tastes (44k). Every note read sequentially; no sampling.

Gaps. Eleven locked notes (three are May-2026 journals, likely important). Voice-memo attachments (dozens, including the 36-minute Community download and 250 hours of podcast) were not transcribed. March 2026 has no notes: the conversion and the meeting of Jahn’s community happen in that hole. Whether the grandmother in Korea actually died is unresolvable from the notes (the era tag for that period is Europe, not Korea). Whether MDMA ever happened: no evidence. No clinical diagnosis exists anywhere.

Dream corpus (89 logs, 67 in Jun–Sep 2025): Olivia 21, Korea 22, mom 19, school/UCLA 15, Jo 13, Rebecca 12, Jane 10, Ilya 12; water/ocean 25, film 21, sex-interrupted-by-shame 15, spirits 11 (softening across the year). Dominant emotion: social exclusion, not fear. Reliable high: being seen by a father-figure (Rick Rubin crying at your photos, Kanye, Elon).
